Mehr Äpfel als Teig! Super cremiger Apfelkuchen! Kuchen in Minuten!
Zubereitung und Zutaten:
2 Eier.
Eine Prise Salz.
Gut schlagen.
100g Zucker.
1 Teelöffel Vanillezucker.
Gut schaumig schlagen.
100ml Milch.
20g geschmolzene Butter.
Schale von 1 Zitrone.
Gut mischen.
80 g Weizenmehl.
Gut mischen.
4-5 Äpfel schälen.
Schneiden Sie die Äpfel in dünne Scheiben.
Die Äpfel mit 1/2 Zitronensaft beträufeln.
Gut mischen.
1 Teelöffel Backpulver zum Teig geben.
Gut mischen.
Die Äpfel in den Teig geben.
Gut mischen.
Auflaufform 18 cm, mit Backpapier abdecken, einfetten und mit Mehl bestäuben.
Den Teig in eine Auflaufform geben.
40-50 Minuten bei 180 °C in den vorgeheizten Backofen geben.
Je höher der Kuchen, desto länger dauert das Backen.
Lassen Sie den Kuchen gut abkühlen, ohne ihn aus der Auflaufform zu nehmen.
Das Ergebnis ist ein köstlicher Apfelkuchen.

For the cake 18-20 cm
????Ingredients:
125 g (1 cup) wheat flour
120 g (2/3 cup) semolina
120 g (2/3 cup) sugar (can be replaced with brown cane or coconut)
5 g (1 tsp) baking powder
2 g (1/4 tsp) salt
1 tsp cinnamon (can be replaced with vanilla) - optional
8 pcs. apples, medium - 1.2 kg of apples
80 g (1/3 cup) butter (cold)
45 g (2 tbsp) brown cane sugar (can be replaced with any other)

20 g (2 tsp) powdered sugar (for dusting)
????????Instructions:
????Turn on the oven for 175-180 C (360 F). MODE: Upper and Lower heat
✅Combine all dry ingredients: Combine flour, semolina, sugar, baking powder, salt. Mix it up.
✅Prepare apples: Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater.
✅Assemble the cake: Lay the parchment on the bottom of the split mold. Alternating layers, assemble the future cake: start with the dry part. The thinner the layers, the better. Finish the assembly with the dry part. Rub cold butter on the top and sprinkle with brown sugar (or any other).
✅Bake in the oven, preheated to 175-180C, 55-60 minutes.
*If the top begins to actively turn golden, you can cover the mold with foil so that the top of the pie does not burn.
*Allow the cake to cool for 1 hour, remove from the mold and sprinkle a thin layer of powdered sugar on top (optional).

Layered apple cake or invisible cake
This is another one of those simple recipes with impressive results. Layered apple cake is a French recipe also known as invisible cake. It’s called invisible as the apples disappear once the cake is cooked, I think it’s a silly name as the apples are quite visible and that’s part of the beauty.
Eighty percent of this cake is fruit, so it is a healthier cake. It also doesn’t have too much sugar.
All these thinly cut apple slices smothered in a custard like batter, look very impressive once the cake is cut. And of course it tastes delicious as most apple desserts do. You can layer the apples one by one to make perfect layers, but who’s got time for that unless it’s for a dinner party. I just throw the lot in the cake pan, flatten it and the result is still amazing. It takes no time at all to make. Enjoy my layered apple cake.

How to make Invisible Apple Cake | How to make French Apple Cake
This is an easy tutorial for how to make french apple cake from scratch. This cake has multiple layers of thin apple slices coated with a custard-like batter. This recipe includes some lemon zest (optional) to freshen the taste, and can be paired with some lemon curd. Lots of people call this the easy invisible cake from scratch.... and i tend to agree lol .

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs cooking apples
2 large eggs
75g granulated sugar
28 melted butter
96g all purpose flour
2/3 cup almond slices
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
zest of 1 lemon
powdered sugar for topping
Bake @ 350F for 50 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for at least 2 hrs before cutting into apple cake
