9 oz Frozen Italian Green Beans
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Bulk Pork Sausage
2 lg Onions, chopped
1 md Green Bell Pepper, chopped
4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
3 md Zucchini, cut into 1/2"
-pieces (3 cups) 30 oz Tomato Sauce
16 oz Whole Tomatoes, undrained
1 tb Italian Seasoning
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
Grated Parmesan Cheese Partly thaw the green beans to separate. Cook the ground beef, sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic in a 4QT dutch oven, stirring often until beef is brown. Drain and stir in the beans and remaining ingredients, except the cheese. Break up tomatoes, heat to boiling, stirring often. Reduce head and simmer uncovered 30 minutes occasionaly. Put in 8 bowls and sprinkle with cheese.

Chili Ingredients:
• 1 & ½ lbs. of ground beef (80/20)
• 2 tsp. of salt
• Black pepper to taste
• ½ cup of dices red bell pepper
* 18 slices of pepperoni (chopped)
• 1 cup of diced yellow onion
• 3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
• 2 bay leaves
• 3 TBSP of tomato paste
• 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
• 1 tsp. of Calabrese peppers
• 1 tsp. of chili powder
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef in a pot for about 5 minutes on medium-high heat or until brown.
2. add red bell pepper, onion, garlic, bay leaves, pepperoni, and tsp. of salt and let cook for 5-6 minutes.
3. Drain grease out of the pot.
4. Add 1 or more tsp. of Calabrese peppers, Black pepper, tomato paste, crushed tomato, chili powder and tsp. of salt.
5. Lest cook for 20 minutes and serve!

This isn’t for the faint hearted but the flavour & kick it provides is UNREAL. I use it on top of my pizza, bread, Dosa & even veggies ????
How to make:
???????? In your blender, add green chillis (remove the stem)
???????? add lots of salt (3 tbsp at least)
???????? blend it!
???????? transfer to a bowl, add lots of olive oil (until all the blended chillis are submerged) to it
???????? then add chilli flakes (1.5 tbspn) & mix well
???????? store in a jar

1 yellow onion, chopped

2 Tbsp tomato paste
1-28oz can tomato purée
1-28oz can diced tomatoes
8-10oz draft beer (lager)
36-40oz beef broth
1-15oz can black beans
2-15oz cans dark red beans
2 Tablespoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, less for less spice
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning (Natures Seasoning)
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons avocado oil

The Best Spicy Italian Sausage CHILI! ????️
Mike makes his “famous” Italian sausage chili recipe. Make this at home for your family... it’s so delicious! MAKE IT AND LET US KNOW WHAT YOU THINK IN THE COMMENTS! Recipe below.
Mike’s Italian Sausage Chili:
Ingredients:
1 large yellow onion
1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green bell pepper (3 total)
1 lb. ground beef (I use 90/10)
1 lb. Mild or Hot/Spicy Italian sausages
3 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
4 oz can of diced jalapenos (I use half of the can, but if you want less spice use less or none)
6 oz can of tomato paste
28 oz can of Cento San Marzano peeled tomatoes chopped
8 oz of frozen corn
15.5 oz can chili beans in sauce
15.5 oz can of reduced sodium cannelloni beans (White kidney beans)
15.5 oz can of reduced sodium pinto beans
2 TBSP chili powder
1 TBSP onion powder
1 TBSP garlic salt
1 TBSP black pepper
1 TBSP paprika
3-4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 TSP oregano
1 TSP salt
1 TSP garlic powder
Directions:
1. Dice onion
2. Dice red, yellow and green bell peppers
3. Using a large pan, sauté on medium heat onions and peppers with a little olive oil for about 5-7 minutes until they appear clear. Then move to the side of the pan.
4. Add the 1 lb. of Italian sausage and 1 lb. of ground beef to pan breaking it up and cook meat until light brown. (Don’t worry about cooking too much because meat will cook later as well)
5. Add 6 oz of tomato paste and cook for 1 minute then mix.
6. Add seasonings from above and mix.
7. Add Cento chopped tomatoes with juice
8. Add all the cans of beans with juice.
9. Add half of a 4 oz. can of jalapeños.
10. Add 8-10 oz. of frozen corn and mix.
11. Add 3 cups reduced sodium chicken broth.
12. Stir together and bring to a simmer.
13. Once simmering, cover pot with a small crack to let evaporation happen, and reduce heat to low.
14. Simmer for 1.5 - 2 hours stirring every 15 min, then serve. (I like to put shredded cheese on mine)
