How To make Impossible Macaroni & Cheese Pie
2 1/4 c Cheese; cheddar, shredded
2 1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Bisquick baking mix
1/4 ts Sauce; red pepper
1 c Macaroni; uncooked
4 Eggs
1/4 ts -Salt
1/4 c Cheese; cheddar, shredded
Approx. Cook Time: :40 Preheat oven to 400F. Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2". Mix two cups cheddar cheese and macaroni, sprinkle in plate. Beat remaining ingredients except for 1/4 cup cheese till smooth 15 seconds in blender. Pour into plate. Bake till knife inserted in centre comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake till cheese melts, 1-2 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1lb macaroni
- 1- 1.5 cups smoked gouda
- 1- 1.5 cups extra sharp cheddar
- 1- 1.5 cups Colby jack
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 2tbsp butter
- 1tsp cajun seasoning
- 1tsp smoked paprika
- 1tsp garlic powder
- 1tsp onion powder
- 1tsp salt
- 1cup Colby jack, topping
Directions:
Cook pasta to al dente and strain completely. Meanwhile in a sauce pan, add the cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cajun seasoning, and salt. Whisk together, and bring to a light simmer. Slowly begin incorporating the cheeses while whisking. Once cheese is all melted, remove the sauce pan from heat.
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, add the macaroni, butter, and sour cream. Mix until the butter has melted, and the sour cream is evenly distributed. Add the cheese sauce to the macaroni. Mix well, and place into a greased baking dish. Top with more Colby jack cheese. Cook in oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and melted on top. Broil for an extra 2 minutes to help brown the top of the mac and cheese. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
