canned evaporated milk

sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Place the cooked macaroni in a 3 1/2-quart (or larger) slow cooker that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Add 3 cups cheese, milk, eggs and seasonings to the macaroni. Mix well. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup cheese, then cover and cook on the low setting for 5 to 6 hours or until the mixture is firm and golden around the edges. Do not remove the cover or stir until the mixture has finished cooking.
Serves: 4 to 6

1 tbsp Creole Kick (Creole Seasoning) Add the seasoning to your Cheese Sauce
2 tbsp All purpose Flour
2 tbsp salted Butter or Bacon Grease
1 cup Whole Milk

Creamy creamy Mac and cheese
For the macaroni
1 lb macaroni (16oz)
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
For the cheese sauce
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1 ½ cups heavy cream (sub with milk)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne
Cheese
12 oz sharp cheddar
4 oz mozzarella
save some for toping.

SOUTHERN STYLE MAC&CHEESE|| HOW TO MAKE MACARONI AND CHEESE|| EASY
INGREDIENTS
2 cubes of chicken flavored bouillon
1 16oz of elbow Mac and cheese
1 stick of salt butter
3 tablespoon of all purpose flour
Whole milk
8 oz velvet cheese
1 block of Colby jack cheese ( shred cheese yourself)
1 block of medium cheddar cheese (shred cheese yourself)
8oz bag 4 cheese Mexican
sour cream
Salt
Black pepper
Cayenne pepper
Paprika pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Badia Complete seasoning ( you can get it from Walmart, target, Publix, and Amazon)( Badia Complete Seasoning®, 6 oz
Non stick spay or butter
Step 1
Set oven on 350°
COOKING PASTA
Add 12 cups of water to a pot then add
2 cubes of chicken flavored bouillon (Maggie). Set the stove at high heat 8/7 and let water come to a boil.
Once water is boiling add
1 16oz (lb) box of elbow pasta (stirring while adding) than let pasta cook pasta (following directions on the back of the box)
Once pasta is done cooking drain the pasta then put it to a separate bowl (do not rinse), add 2 tablespoon of salted butter to help pasta not stick together. Set the pasta to the side.
MAKING THE ROUX
Add a pot to stove at medium high heat 6/7 add
4 tablespoon of salted butter let the butter melt.
Then add 3 tablespoon of all purpose flour let the flour cook for about 4 minutes than add 2 cups of whole milk let the milk come to a simmer.
Then add 8 oz of velveta cheese (chopped up), and a handful of the Colby jack cheese (And medium cheddar cheese, Add the whole bag of 4 cheese Mexican shredded cheese and let all the cheeses melt into the milk.
Once all the cheese is melted Add 1 teaspoon of salt ,1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika , 2 teaspoon of garlic ,2 teaspoon of onion powder and 2 teaspoons of complete seasoning let cook for 2 minutes and turn off the stove.
Pour the cheeses sauce into the macaroni and mix well.
Than add 2 tablespoon of sour cream and mix well. Slowly add 1/2 cup of whole milk and mix well than add 1 tablespoon of complete seasoning and mix well.
Spray one small aluminum tray with the nonstick spray then Pour the Mac and cheese into the aluminum tray.
Cover the macaroni and cheese with aluminum foil and place it in oven for 20 minutes.
Take the Mac and cheese out after the 20 minutes mix it well.
Then add the Colby jack and medium cheddar cheese you shredded at the top of the Mac and cheese.
Sprinkle some Cheyenne pepper and some paprika on the top of the cheese place it back in the oven uncovered top rack and let it cook until cheese is gold and brown (20/30 minutes) remove Mac & cheese from oven.

5-Star Mac & Cheese Ingredients & Cooking Instructions
- 2 cups Macaroni
- 3 cups Sharp Cheddar plus ½ cup for topping at the end
- 1 cup Fontina
- ½ cup White Cheddar
- ¼ cup Melted Butta ( 4 TBL )
- 3 ½ cups Whole milk ( or 3 cups cream 1 cup Whole Milk )
- Pinch Smoked Paprika
- Pinch Ground Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt & Pepper

- Preheat oven to 350
- Add butter, noodles, dry spices to the pan and stir
- Coat all of the noodles before adding dairy
- Add 3 cups cheddar, 1 cup Fontina, and Milk ( or cream ) and stir, press it down with a spoon to keep it tight in the pan
- Cover with foil and place in the oven for 20 minutes
- After 20 minutes, uncover and stir noodles
- Top with ½ cup Cheddar, place back in the oven and cook for another 20 minutes
