How To make Gulai Daun Singkong Tumbuk (Grilled Fish with Greens)
1/2 Piece fresh ginger, sliced
1 sm Onion, sliced
1 Or 2 fresh, hot red
-chilies, seeded, sliced 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Sugar
1/4 ts Turmeric
2 c Coconut milk
1 Whole red snapper or
-similar fish, about 1 pound 1 sl Laos [Galangal S.C.]
2 Stalks lemon grass or two
-slices lemon 1/4 lb Spinach or Swiss chard,
-coarsely chopped Process the ginger, onion, chili, salt, sugar, turmeric and 1/4 cup of the coocnut milk into a smooth paste. Set aside Grill fish over charcoal or in a gas or electric broiler for 2 minutes on each side. Put the remaining coconut milk and the spice paste in a large skillet and bring to a boil over moderate heat. Add the laos and lemon grass and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the fish and greens, cook for 15 minutes basting occasionally. Serve warm. Serves 4 with rice and other dishes. San Francisco Chronicle, 3/9/88. Posted by Stephen Ceideberg; February 24 1993.

Resep Bakwan Sayur Goreng Gurih dan Renyah| Rasa super enak..
Bahan :
6 ½ sdm tepung terigu
1 ½ sdm tapioka
250 gr irisan kol
200 gr parutan wortel
1 siung irisan shallot (4 siung bwg merah)
2 btg irisan daun bawang
3 btg irisan daun saledri
1 bh irisan cabe merah (buang biji)
Bumbu :
½ sdt ketumbar bubuk
½ sdt merica bubuk
2 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
1 sdt gula pasir
1 ½ sdt garam (sesuai selera)
1 btr telor
250 ml air putih
Ingredienst :
6 ½ tbsp flour
1 ½ tbsp tapioca
250 gr cabbage cut in thin slices
200 gr grated carrots
1 shallot, chopped
2 spring onion, chopped
3 salery, chopped
1 chilli , chopped
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp pepper powder
2 tsp chicken broth powder
1 tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp salt (to taste)
1 whole egg
250 ml water

Resep Sate Bumbu Bali | Balinese Satay Recipe | Sate BBQ terenak sejagat
1 kg daging babi tanpa lemak atau ayam filet atau daing sapi (bistik), potong dadu
Bumbu yg dihaluskan:
100 gr cabe merah
350 gr Bawang merah
10 siung bawang putih
75 gr Lengkuas 5-6 jempol lengkuas
25 gr Jahe atau 1 1/2 jempol
5 lbr daun jeruk, buang tulangnya
9 butir kemiri
1 1/2 sdm ketumbar bubuk
Bumbu pelengkap :
2 sdt lada hitam
2 sdt kaldu
3/4 sdm sdt garam
1 sdt gula
5 lbr daun salam
Minyak goreng, agak banyak
Blender semua bumbu yg dihaluskan, kemudian tumis semua bumbu halus dan bumbu pelengkap hingga wangi dan benar2 kering dan dinginkan.
Apabila bumbu sudah dingin, campur bumbu yg sdh ditumis dengan daging yg sudah di potong dadu.
Diamkan 1 malam dikulkas dan keesokan harinya siap di BBQ dan sisanya disimpan di vriezer.

Balinese Satay Recipe
1 kg lean pork or chicken filet or beef (steak), cut into squares
Ground spices :
100 gr red chili
350 gr red onion
10 cloves of garlic
75 gr Galangal 5-6 thumb galangal
25 gr Ginger or 1 1/2 thumbs
5 lbs lime leaves, remove the bones
9 candlenuts
1 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
Complementary seasonings:
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp chicken stock powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
5 bay leaves
Cooking oil, a bit much
Blend all the ingredients, then stir-fry all the ground spices and seasoning until fragrant and completely dry. Let it cool.
When the mixcure is cooled, mix it with pork or chicken or beef that has been cut into squares very well.
Let stand 1 night in the refrigerator and the next day satay is done to be the BBQed and stored the rest in the vriezer.

Aanvullende smaakmakers:
2 tl grof gemalen zwarte peper
2 tl bouillon
3/4 tl zout
1 tl suiker
5 laurierblaadjes
bakolie, lekker royaal
