How To make Grilled Spiced Fish
4 oz Sole, skinned
Salt and pepper to taste 2/3 c Plain yogurt
2 ts Garam Masala
1 ts Ground coriander
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 ts Chile powder
1 tb Lemon juice
Lemon wedges for garnish Rinse fish, pat dry with paper towels and place in a shallow non-metal dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix together yogurt, coriander, chile powder, garlic, and lemon juice. Pour over fish. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to allow fish to absorb flavors. Preheat broiler. Transfer fish to a broiler rack; cook about 8 minutes, until fish just begins to flake, basting with cooking juices and turning over halfway through cooking. Serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges. Here is a step by step grilled fish recipe. Must try and enjoy with family

Ingredients:
Machli (Whole Fish) 1½ kg
Hari Mirch (Green Chili) 1 ½ tbsp.
Adrak (Ginger paste) 1 ½ tbsp.
Lehsan (Garlic paste) 1 ½ tbsp.
Lemmon juice 1 ½ tbsp.
Lal Mirch (Red Chili powder) 1 tsp.
Namak (Salt) 1 tsp.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
Directions:
Add cuts on whole fish salted & washed.
In a bowl add fish.
Add ginger, garlic, green chili, lemon juice, salt, red chili powder and rub evenly on each side and marinate for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
In a grill pan heat vegetable oil and add fish.
Grill the fish for 8-10 minutes each side on medium to low flame.
Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes & serve!
