2 lb Hawaiian fish* 1/2 c Fresh cilantro leaves Salt Pepper
PAPAYA RELISH:
1/4 c Minced white onion 1 1/4 c Diced ripe papaya 3/4 c Diced red bell pepper 1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro 1 tb Minced fresh ginger 2 tb Olive oil 2 tb Lemon juice * - cut into 6 equal portions ====================================================================== === Arrange papaya relish and hot fish equally on 6 warm plates. Garnish plates with cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste. *** PAPAYA RELISH *** In a fine strainer, rinse white onion. Soak onion in ice water for 30 minutes; drain. Mix with rest of relish ingredients.

In a small bowl add soy sauce, mirin, tempura sauce, daikon, lemon juice, lime juice, Tabasco and mix well, set aside. Preheat your grill on high.
Season collars with salt and pepper and grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. When done, the fish should be nicely charred and the flesh cooked through.
Serve the collars with the dipping sauce on the side. Enjoy with your favorite side dishes.

Blue Fin Tuna Collar
Marinade Soy Sauce for Seafoods Soy Sauce Oyster Sauce Chinese Cooking Wine Olive Oil Crushed Garlic Ground Black Pepper Brown Sugar (not used in this cooking but you can add to make is sweeter)
Process: Mix all the marinade and brush to the tuna. Pre heat oven at 180 degrees 3D Bake Setting Put the Tuna in the baking tray loned with baking paper and cover the entire tray with foil Bake for approximately 30minutes Remove from oven and remove foil Preheat Oven to 240 degrees in Grill Setting Cook for further 7mins and 30secs without foil cover
