Ground Beef and Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
30 oz. frozen hash browns - thawed
1 pd. ground beef
1 cup diced onions
1 1/2 cups diced mushrooms
1 cup frozen peas
4 cloves minced garlic
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese - divided
salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet on med high heat add ground beef. Chop and cook until no longer pink.
Drain excess fat.
Add onions, mushrooms and pinch of black pepper.
Cook and stir for 3-5 minutes or until onions change color.
Add frozen peas and minced garlic.
Cook and stir for one minute and then remove from heat.
In large bowl add thawed hash browns, cream of soups, half of shredded cheeze, milk and black pepper.
Mix well to combine.
Add meat/vegetable mixture to hash browns and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish and level out.
Sprinkle top with other half of cheese.
Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until slightly golden and bubbly.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped chives.
Serve and enjoy.

Beef Broccoli Casserole || The Keto Kitchen
[RECIPE BELOW] Beef Broccoli Casserole.
Super simple, really flavorsome and filling - why not have a quick dinner tonight?

INGREDIENTS:
- 500g (1lb) Ground Beef
- 400g (14oz) Canned Tomatoes - ALWAYS CHECK CARBS BEFORE BUYING
- 340g (12oz) Broccoli Florets
- 170g (6oz) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 25g (0.8oz) Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 190c/375f. Prepare a medium baking dish.
2. Cut any broccoli florets larger than 2 inches into smaller pieces and add the broccoli to a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave until tender, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
3. In a large pan, over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain and return beef to the heat.
4. Add tomatoes, salt, garlic powder and cayenne to the pan. Mix and simmer for at least 10 minutes to thicken. Stir occasionally.
5. To your prepared baking dish, add broccoli, beef mixture and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and the parmesan cheese.
7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the casserole begins bubbling at the sides. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before cutting into it.

It’s made with ground beef, onions, garlic, herbs, rice, tomatoes, cabbage, and cheese. This healthy dish is perfect for busy nights when you want a tasty meal but don’t have much time to make it.
1 pound ground beef
3 tbsp olive oil
1 medium white onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp herbs de Provence
1 cup rice
1 can tomato puree
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 2⁄3 cup beef stock
1 medium white cabbage, shredded
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
2⁄3 cup parmesan, shredded
