1 Pkg. Ramen noodles plus beef
flavor packet 1 C. water
Brown beef and remove. Brown onion and celery. Add frozen vegetables, noodles and flavor packet. Cover; simmer 5 minutes. Add beef and soy sauce, if desired. Serve.
