How To make Food Processor Walnut Bread
1 pk Active dry yeast
1/4 c Light brown sugar, packed
1 c Warm water (105F-to-115F)
3 c Bread flour
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Salt
3 tb Walnut or vegetable oil
1 1/2 c Walnut pieces; toasted
FOR GLAZE, COMBINE:
1 lg Egg; frothed with fork
1/2 ts Salt
STIR YEAST AND SUGAR into warm water; let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes. Put both flours, salt and oil into food processor work bowl fitted with metal blade. Turn processor on to combine mixture. With processor running, slowly add yeast mixture. Mix until dough cleans sides of bowl. If dough is too sticky, add more flour by the tablespoon, working it in before adding more. If dough is too dry and crumbly, add more water by the teaspoon, working it in before adding more. Once desired consistency is reached, process dough until well kneaded, uniformly supple and elastic, about 40 seconds. Add walnut pieces and process for 10 seconds. Remove blade. Then remove dough from bowl and press all loose walnuts into it. Transfer dough to large plastic bag, squeeze out air and seal at top. Place dough in bowl. Let rise in warm spot until doubled, about 1 hour. Oil baking sheet. Punch dough down and shape into smooth ball. Place round side up on baking sheet. Cover loosely with oiled plastic. Let rise in warm spot until doubled, about 1 hour. 15 minutes before baking, preheat oven to 400F, with rack in center of oven. When loaf has doubled, slash loaf for
surface design. Lightly brush with glaze. Bake until loaf is deeply browned and sounds hollow when rapped on the bottom, about 35 minutes. Immediately remove from pan to cool on rack. NOTE: (To toast nuts, spread single layer on jelly roll pan and bake in 350F oven until fragrant and toasted, 8-to-10 minutes, watching carefully
to avoid burning) Makes 1 Loaf

Date Walnut Bread Recipe Demonstration - Joyofbaking.com
Recipe here: Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make Date Walnut Bread. Date Walnut Bread is a very nice tea bread bursting with the flavor of sweet dates and crunchy walnuts. The first recipes for this bread began to appear in the 1920s, and it was so popular in the 1930s that it was used to make tea sandwiches. In fact, these tea sandwiches are so delicious you may want to try them. Take two thin slices of your Date and Walnut Bread and sandwich them together with a layer of cream cheese or butter. Then cut the bread into fingers, squares or triangles.

ARTISAN BREAD | NO KNEAD BREAD | Homemade Dutch Oven Bread | Crusty Bread |4K| Juicing Peaches
Homemade bread, what can sound better than that? Simple and easy recipe that anyone can make. This bread does not require any kneading and the end product is mind blowing. The flavor, the taste and the best sounding crunch... If you love good bread, this recipe is definitely for you.
Ingredient:
- 3 cups (400g) flour
- 2 tsp of salt (11g)
- 1 tsp active dry yeast (4g)
- 1 1/2 cup of lukewarm water (350ml)
Instructions:
1. To a bowl with lukewarm water (95-100F or about 36C) add yeast, mix well and let the yeast bloom for about 15 mins
2. In a separate bowl with flour, add salt and mix well. That is a great idea to sift your flour to prevent from big flour lumps
3. Once your yeast has bloomed, add flour to the yeast. By using the spatula carefully mix dry and wet ingredients together.
4. Cover it with a damp towel and let it rise for at least 2 hours
5. After 2 hours, transfer the dough into a floured parchment paper
6. Shape your dough into a ball or loaf
7. Cover with a damp towel and let it rest for 30 minutes
8. While your dough is resting, place your Dutch oven (I use 7qt) with a lid on in the oven and preheat to 450F (230C) with the Dutch oven inside
9. Once oven is preheated, carefully remove your Dutch oven out of the oven.
10. Holding the dough by the parchment paper, carefully place the dough into preheated Dutch oven. Cut excess parchment paper. Please be mindful, Dutch oven will be VERY hot.
11. Cover with a lid and bake in a preheated oven for 30 mins
12. After 30 mins, take the lid off and bake for another 15 mins or until golden crust
13. Take it off, let it rest for 20 mins
14. Enjoy with a salted butter or your favorite meal
