Remarkable Fudge:
4 cups sugar
1 2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup butter or margarine
1 12 oz package semisweet chocolate pieces
1 pint marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla

Butter sides of 3 qt saucepan. In it combine sugar, milk, and butter. Cook over medium heat to soft-ball stage (236) stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and add chocolate, marshmallow creme, vanilla, and nuts. Beat till chocolate is melted and blended. Pour into a buttered 9x9x2 pan. Score in squares, while warm, cut when firm.
Spritz cookies
Thoroughly cream 1 1/2 cups butter or margarine and 1 cup sugar. Add 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1/2 tsp almond extract, beat well. Sift together 4 cups flour and 1 tsp baking powder, add gradually to creamed mixture, mixing to a smooth dough. Don't chill!
Force dough through cookie press onto ungreased cooky sheet. Bake in hot oven 400 degrees 8-10 min.
