How To make Steel Trolley Diner's Fresh Apple Crumb Pie
4 1/2 cups apples -- sliced
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 9-inch pie shell -- unbaked
Mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Put apples in large bowl and pour flour mixture over it. Stir well. Put into shell and cover with crumb topping. To make topping, mix 1/4 lb. butter, 1 c. flour and 3/4 c. sugar until crumbly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.

Epic Covered Breakfast Burrito - SMOKER to GRIDDLE Burrito Recipe!
This EPIC covered breakfast burrito is loaded with the best smoked country style ribs, crispy griddle potatoes, and scrambled eggs and topped with a semi-homemade spicy green tomatillo sauce! Full of flavor and a great way to use your leftover country style pork ribs!
For this video, I wanted to use my new Lone Star Grillz pellet smoker to smoke some country style ribs, but I wanted to mimic the flavor and crispy texture of pork carnitas. I'll show you how to smoke country ribs on the pellet grill, chop them up, and then get them crispy (just like carnitas) to add to your breakfast burrito.
And we'll make a simple green sauce for burritos by grilling and griddling up some tomatillos, onion, poblanos, and jalapeno peppers. Blend it all up and add it to a can of green enchilada sauce for a stepped-up version of a green burrito sauce.
This green sauce smoked pork breakfast burrito may take some work to make, but it was dang good! And you can always smoke the country ribs for dinner and then use the leftovers the next day for a burrito! Enjoy!
