1 pk Kraft Deluxe Macaroni &
-Cheese Dinner (14 oz) -OR 1 pk Velveeta Shells & Cheese
-Dinner (12 oz) 2 1/4 c Hot water (use 1 1/2 c for
-Velveeta Shells & Cheese) 1/2 t Dry mustard (opt)
1/2 c Sour cream (use 1/3 c for
-Velveeta Shells & Cheese) Prep time: 5 minutes; Cooking time: 40 minutes plus standing. Heat oven to 375'F. Mix water and mustard in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Whisk in Cheese Sauce from Pouch. Stir in dry Pasta; cover with tight-fitting lid. Bake 30 minutes. Uncover. Stir in sour cream. Continue baking, uncovered, 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings. STIR-IN IDEAS: Reduce water to 2 cups (reduce water to 1 1/4 cups for Velveeta Shells & Cheese). Add 1 cup chopped cooked broccoli and 1 cup chopped ham OR 1 cup cooked peas and 1 cup chopped cooked chicken when stirring in sour cream. Continue as directed above. VARIATIONS: Top with combined 1/2 crushed crackers and 1 tablespoon melted margarine after stirring in sour cream. Continue as directed above. Substitute lowfat OR nonfat sour cream for regular sour cream.

Baked Macaroni & Cheese Recipe
LOOK NO FURTHER! LADIES AND GENTLEMEN BEHOLD THE MAC AND CHEESE RECIPE THAT WILL MAKE PEOPLE STALK YO ASS! LOL LITERALLY!!
[1] box of elbow macaroni (16oz)
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 brick of Velveeta Cheese (16oz is in the video)
[2] Cans of Evaporated Milk (Not to be confused with condensed milk)
Grounded Annatto (Do Not Use SAZON as a substitute)
Monterey Jack Cheese (For the top)
Foil pan
Butter
Salt
Boil Macaroni
(DO NOT ADD OIL OR BUTTER TO THE WATER)
Preheat oven to 375
*Cheese Sauce*
In a sauce pan melt 2 tablespoons of butter
Then add 2 tablespoons of flour and whisk it.
-This is called a roux. (This is a thickening agent)
Whisk for 2 minutes or until you get a doughy crumb consistency.
Whisk in 1/3 cup of your milk until you get a smooth paste.
Then add the rest of your milk.
Whisk the milk on high heat until it gets warm.
Add Grounded Annatto until you get your desired color.
Add 2 tsp of salt.
Whisk.
Lower Heat.
[Cut the Velveeta block in half.
You'll be using 1 and 1/2 blocks of this.
and Half of your sharp cheese.]
Whisk in all your cheeses.
Turn up to medium high heat and WHISK until the sauce thickens.
When you get your desired thickness pour cheese sauce over Macaroni.
Top with the remainder of Sharp Cheddar Cheese and a 1/3 Block of
Monterey jack.
Bake covered with foil for 10 mins
Take off the foil and bake for another 20 - 30 mins or until the top becomes golden brown.

2 box Kraft mac and cheese
1 packet kraft mix
4oz medium cheddar
4oz Gruyere cheese

Ingredients:
14oz (400g) macaroni
1 cup )115g) Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup (85g) Gruyere cheese
3/4 cup (85g) Mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons (30g) Flour
4 tablespoons (60g) Butter
4 cups (1L) Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 360F (180C).
2. In a large bowl combine all the cheeses and set aside.
3. Heat large pot of salted water, cook the macaroni to al dente (1-2 minutes less then package instructions).
4. While the pasta is cooking make the sauce: In a large pot, melt the butter, add flour and whisk over medium-low heat. Cook for a couple of minutes, whisking constantly. Gradually add the milk and whisk until smooth. Cook until slightly thickens, about 5-6 minutes.
5. Gradually add 3/4 of the cheeses to the sauce and whisk until melted after each addition. Season with salt and pepper and mix. If you want to add more additions like bacon, herbs or spices, now it’s the time.
6. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce.
7. Transfer to a 12-inch (30cm) round baking dish, sprinkle the remaining 1/4 of the cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Notes:
* serve warm
* you can use any type of cheese that you like
* this is pretty basic version of mac & cheese but you can add topping like bacon, herbs and spices.

Ingredients:
• 3-4 chicken breast, cubed (approx. 500g)
• 2 tsp olive oil
• Season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano and garlic powder
• 1 cup any milk (we used 1%)
• 1/3 cup light or fat free cream cheese
• 1/3 cup low fat cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
• 3 tbsp any hot sauce
• 170g cooked macaroni
• optional: cilantro or parsley

Notes:
• make sure to cook your sauce on low heat, and give it some time to thicken. If you’d like to speed up the process, add 1 tsp of flour! Also, adding 1/3 cup pasta water to your sauce can also help with the sauce sticking to your macaroni.
• use a buffalo hot sauce for a “buffalo chicken mac and cheese!”!
• double the measurements for 6 total servings for the entire week as a meal prep!
