Cinnamon sugar, seasoned salt, or grated Parmesan cheese may be substituted for sesame seeds. NOTE: Cracker bread, a thin, crisp flatbread, is popping up on menus all across the country. You might see individual-sized rounds sprinkled with dried herbs and served with hot soup, or giant sesame seed versions tucked into large baskets on appetizer tables, intended for breaking into bite-size pieces and serving with dips or spreads. Sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, this bread becomes a tea time treat, while grated Parmesan cheese or chopped nuts dress it for snack time. You just can't beat cracker bread whenever you want something to munch on
serve it fresh from the oven, plain or slathered with butter. Don't worry if your cracker bread doesn't bake perfectly round, perfectly flat, or evenly browned. Irregularity in its look is what gives each round its individual character. :

cRAWckers part 2 - how to make raw crackers or wraps and sauce recipe
This is a second part of the cRAWckers video, in which I show you how to make delicious sauce (a'ta ranch) and use on your raw sandwiches. The sauce is so easy and you can make it in a few minutes. Keep it refrigerated for 2-4 days, in a glass jar. Make sure to add lemon juice and salt to preserve it for longer.
The sauce is basic, you can add more spices and herbs. You can add oregano or basil, ginger or garlic. It will always taste great! Just follow the basic idea of making the sauce in a blender.

Gluten Free Seeded Cracker Bread (Quick and Easy)
Let me show you how to make a dead easy gluten free cracker bread right here! As always the recipe is vegan and this time full of all my favourite seeds. Play around with the seasoning to make it more interesting; try herbs, nutritional yeast, crushed fennel seeds or even cardamom. Savoury versions are great with houmous or avocado whilst the two latter mentioned flavourings would go perfectly with nut butters and jam. Enjoy!

Gluten free seed crackers | Healthy, low carb crispy bread recipe
Seed crackers are a great gluten-free, vegan, and low carb alternative when you want to enjoy crispy bread. They are made by rolling a dough of mixed seeds into a thin layer on a pan and baked in the oven to create a flavorful crunchy bread that can be snapped into irregular pieces. Spread a layer of homemade ghee on top, enjoy them as they are, or dip the crackers in your favorite dipping sauce.
???? RECIPE ????
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup flaxseeds
1 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
½ -1 tbsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 300° F (150° C).
2. Add all the dry ingredients, besides the salt, in a mixing bowl.
3. In a pot, boil the water and whisk in the oil.
4. Pour the water and oil mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and combine everything to an even batter.
5. Place the dough on a baking paper. Add another baking paper on top of the dough and roll it out to an even, thin layer.
6. Remove the baking paper and spread sea salt on top. Add the baking paper over the dough again, and roll the dough gently once more to make the salt stick to the dough.
7. Bake in the oven for 50-60 min.
8. Let cool and snap into pieces before serving.
