How to Make Buttermilk Pancakes | Copycat Cracker Barrel Pancakes | Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe
Hey guys! Watch me as I make copycat Cracker Barrel Pancakes! These pancakes are nice and golden brown with crispy edges. If you love Cracker Barrel pancakes, then you'll love these! Make these alongside your favorite breakfast foods. I hope you enjoy these buttermilk pancakes.
Ingredients:
2 cups of all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 1/3 cup of low-fat buttermilk
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 eggs
Butter
Syrup
Whisk eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk together. Add the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients. Stir until combined.
Butter your skillet or griddle. Make pancakes using 1/2 cup measuring cup or scoop. Flip the pancakes after you see lots of bubbles form on top. Cook until golden brown on each side. Butter your skillet or griddle each time you make more pancakes. This will ensure your pancakes get those crispy edges.
Serve with butter and syrup.

OLD SCHOOL BUTTERMILK BLUEBERRY ???? PANCAKES ????/OLD SCHOOL BIG COUNTRY BREAKFAST OF THE WEEK SEGMENT
OLD SCHOOL BUTTERMILK BLUEBERRY PANCAKES:
This is an awesome buttermilk blueberry pancake recipe,please try it for your family and friends,
so light and fluffy
VERY SIMPLE RECIPE:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups blueberries
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
1/3 cup butter, melted
Directions
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat together buttermilk, milk, eggs and melted butter. Keep the two mixtures separate until you are ready to cook.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. You can flick water across the surface and if it beads up and sizzles, it's ready!
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, using a wooden spoon or fork to blend. Stir until it's just blended together. Do not over stir! ,fold in the blueberries,
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/2 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
