How To make Corn and Bacon Casserole
6 bacon slices
1/2 cup onion -- chopped
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cloves garlic
minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream
3 1/2 cups corn
1 tablespoon fresh parsley :
chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives -- chopped
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain, reserving 2 T. of drippings. Crumble bacon; set aside. Saute onion in drippings until tender. Add flour, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until bubbly; cook and stir 1 minute more. Remove from the heat and stir in sour cream until smooth. Add corn, parsley, and half of the bacon; mix well. Pour into a 1 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining bacon. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with chives. Source: Taste of Home Magazine: June/July 1995.

bacon, basil, chili flakes, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, pepper, red bell pepper, salt, sweet corn, yellow bell pepper

Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
Heat a skillet and add the chopped bacon.
Fry it until golden and crispy.
Use a large bowl and add the sweet corn, cream cheese, mozzarella, and bell peppers.
Season it with chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together.
Put the mixture into a baking tray and cover it with the shredded parmesan.
Bake it in the oven for 25 minutes.
Serve it with a few basil leaves on top.

This delicious, easy Company's Coming Creamy Corn Casserole will be your new favorite because it is so easy to put together, it only takes a few ingredients and it'll never let you down. This is my go to Casserole during the holidays or anytime of the year because I know everyone will love it. I always end up giving out the recipe to my guest guaranteed. The combination of bacon, sour cream, onions and corn along with the other ingredients will make it a winner. I like the texture of canned corn and frozen corn combined, but you can use either one without a problem. I hope you give it a try. ❤️
INGREDIENTS ____________________
7 Slices Thick cut bacon cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 C. Chopped yellow Onions
2 1/2 Tbsp All purpose flour
1/2 tsp Salt or as needed
1/2 tsp Pepper or as needed
1 large garlic clove finely minced
2 Tbsp finely chopped red mini pepper
1 1/4 C. Sour Cream
32 oz. whole kernel Corn (I like combining 1 Can of Corn with the rest being thawed frozen corn)
1 Tbsp finely chopped chopped parsley
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh Chives
