How To make Coconut Crunch Apple Pie

Filling 4 cups peeled and sliced apples
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 TBL all-purpose flour
Topping 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar

packed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter or margarine :

softened
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Mix filling ingredients and turn into uncooked 9" crust that has been sprinkled with coconut. Mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix in butter, then coconut and walnuts. Sprinkle evenly over pie. Bake pie at 400 deg F for 40-45 minutes . Allow to cool before cutting.
