INGREDIENTS
✔️3 cup milk (evaporated, fresh, whole milk)
✔️2 tsp. unflavored jelly powder
✔️1 cup all-purpose cream (or heavy / whipping cream)
✔️1 cup sugar (adjust as needed)
✔️1/3 cup cornstarch
✔️1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (more for dusting)
✔️1 1/2 cup dark chocolate (chocolate chips)

Gooey Chocolate Pudding Cake
Ingredients:
All Purpose flour/Maida - 1 cup (250ml)
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Salt
Melted Butter - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 1/2 tsp
For Topping
Sugar - 1 cup
Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Dry Ingredients - Combine All Purpose flour/Maida, Sugar, Cocoa powder, Baking powder & Salt. Keep the dry ingredients aside.
2. Wet Ingredients - Whisk Melted Butter, Milk & Vanilla Essence.
3. Blend Dry & Wet Ingredients until smooth dough consistency.
4. Toppings - Whisk Sugar & Cocoa powder.
5. Spread it evenly the dough in an Oven proof casserole (no need to grease).
6. Spread the toppings evenly & pour the hot water (Do not mix).
7. Preheat oven at 180 for 10 to 15 minutes.
8. Bake 30 to 35 minutes (till the center sets)
9. Take out of the oven & let stand 15 to 20 minutes
10. Spooning sauce from bottom of pan over top. Serve with Ice cream

Here’s your recipe!
1 1/4 Cups Sugar, DIVIDED
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
7 TBS Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 TSP Baking Powder
1/4 TSP Salt
1/2 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Butter, Melted
1 1/2 TSP Vanilla
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 1/4 Cups Hot Water
Set oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine 3/4 cups sugar, flour, 3 TBS cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour batter into a 8 or 9 in square ungreased baking pan. Stir together remaining 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and remaining 4 TBS cocoa powder. Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter. Pour hot water over top and DO NOT MIX. Bake 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand 15 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes spooning sauce on bottom over top. Serve with ice cream and/or whipped cream if desired.

1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla

½ cup (115 g) fresh cream
½ cup ( 88 g) dark chocolate, chopped
