How To make Creme De Cocoa Cake/Mw
1 White cake mix
1/2 c Orange juice
1/2 c Cooking oil
1/4 c Creme de cocoa or water
1 1/4 c Chocolate syrup
1 pk Instant vanilla pudding;
-small 3 lg Eggs; beaten
2 dr Green food coloring
1/4 ts Vanilla
Combine all ingred. except the chocolate syrup. Pour 2/3 batter into greased bundt pan for MW cooking. Mix chocolate syrup with batter. Pour over batter in pan, do not stir-don't stir it in. MW on full power 10-11 min. or til cake pulls away from edges from pan. Remove from oven, let stand 5-10 min. before turning out on cake stand. HINT: PUt wax paper over cake while cooling. * use creme de menthe instead of creme de cocoa if you prefer. -----

How To Stop Whipped Cream From Melting
Guys! This is how you stabilized whipped cream in under one minute! Just a bit of melted gelatin and your whipped cream will last in the fridge for up to THREE DAYS and it won't melt and room temperature!
PRINTABLE RECIPE ►
Stabilized Whipped Cream ►
12 oz heavy whipping cream
2 ounces powdered sugar
2 tsp gelatin
3 Tbsp cold water
1 tsp vanilla
1 teaspoon heavy cream
Instructions ►
-Sprinkle your gelatin over the water and let bloom for 5 minutes.
-Melt gelatin for 5 seconds in the microwave. If not fully melted do another 3 seconds. You can tell gelatin is melted when there are no granules of unmelted gelatin visible.
-After dissolving your gelatin, add in 1 tsp of heavy cream and mix. If your gelatin is too cold, heat again until it's melted (5 seconds).
-In a cold mixing bowl, whip your heavy cream to soft peaks
-Add in your powdered sugar and vanilla
-Turn your mixer down to low and drizzle in your gelatin and mix until whipped cream forms stiff peaks

Strawberry mousse cake:
Base -
200 grams oreo cookie
60 grams butter
White Chocolate Mousse -
60 grams white chocolate
¼ cup whipping cream (for melting)
⅓ cup chilled whipping cream
1 ½ tsp gelatin
1.5 tbsp + 1.5 tsp cold water to bloom gelatin
Note: add 2 tsp strawberry flavor to the extra white mousse and ¼ cup whipping cream
Pinata Shell:
350 grams white chocolate compound
Black food color
Red food color
Edible gold dust
Gin
Heart molders

Chocolate Cake Using Fresh Cream
INGREDIENTS
Sift Together:
Refined Flour - 200 Gms
Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Cooking Soda - 1/2 Tsp
Cocoa Powder - 3 Tblsps
Salt - A Pinch
Whip Together: (In Mixie)
Sugar - 1 Cup (Heaped)
Fresh Cream - 100 ml
Fresh Thick Curds - 3/4 Cup
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 Tsp
Chocolate Essence - 1/2 Tsp
Sliced Almonds - 25 Gms
METHOD
1. Powder sugar in a mixier grinder, add fresh cream, curds, essence and whip gently.
2. Pour on a broad bowl, add sifted ingredients. Mix gently using a flat ladle.
3. Fill in small cup cake moulds, top with sliced almonds, take in a pre-heated oven (180 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes (or until it is baked well).
