1/4 cup milk powder (30 gm)
1 tsp baking powder (5 gm)
1/2 tsp baking soda (2.5 gm)
1/2 cup powdered sugar (60 gm)
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp vinegar
instant coffee mixture (1 tsp instant coffee powder + 1 tbsp hot water)
????For sugar syrup:
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup water
2 tsp chocolate syrup
???? Chocolate ganache:
100 gm dark chocolate
1 & 1/2 tbsp milk
????For cream frosting:
1cup chilled whipped cream
1 tsp instant coffee powder
