IT’S MY BIRTHDAY!! I know I've been gone for awhileeee, but I'm back! I really wanted to upload a video on my birthday so I’m so excited I was able to do this. Today we're going to be making cloud slime! Honestly I never wanted to make cloud slime because getting instant snow was a pain, but I have no regrets! Definitely my second favorite next to butter slime!

Keto: Easy Chocolate Peanut Clusters
If you ask me for one simple recipe, with no fancy ingredients, which needs minimal prep time and literally, no cooking and which can satisfy the buggers called 'sweet tooth', this is the one. Yes, it is that simple.
Yield: 16
Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate (Stevia sweetened) - 100 Gm
Salted Peanuts - 150 Gm
Peanut Butter - 50 Gm
Method:
1. Melt the dark chocolate by heating it in microwave for 1 minute. If the chocolate is not melted, heat it for another 30 seconds.
2. Add the salted peanuts and the Peanut Butter and mix it thoroughly.
3. Take spoonfuls of the mix and drop it on waxed paper or silicon mat.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Devour!!!
Notes:
Instead of Stevia sweetened chocolate, you can also use Lindt 90% dark chocolate and add 1 tsp stevia powder and 2-3 Tbsp erythritol (depending upon how sweet you like them).

Instructions
1. Put 200g of desiccated coconut in a bowl add 150ml of sweetened condensed milk and mix well

4 INGREDIENT KETO CLUSTERS! How to Make Keto White Chocolate Peanut Butter Clusters
Servings: Makes about 8 clusters
Ingredients:
1 cup roasted pecans
1/2 cup Choczero white chocolate chips (Discount code: Lowcarblove)
2 tbsp peanut butter, no sugar added
Dash of sea salt
Directions:
1. In a medium sized bowl, mix your peanut butter and white chocolate chips together.

3. Your mixture should be nice and creamy.
4. Now, there are 2 ways you can make these pecan clusters. You can either create bunches of pecan and add your mixture on top or you can mix your pecans in with the mixture and create your clusters that way.
5. Once you're done, place your clusters into the fridge to set for 10 minutes. If you're impatient, then set in the freezer for 5! Enjoy! You can keep them in the fridge in a sealed container for about a week.
