Here's my recipe for CREAM CHEESE KOOL-AID PIE
You guys, this is the easiest and most delicious Kool-Aid pie you will ever eat. It's perfect for summertime because it's a no-bake dessert that you can serve right out of the freezer if you like.
This pie was inspired by a YouTube video I'd seen from@TheHillbillyKitchen ( but then when I went to the store for the ingredients I had completely forgotten what video called for, so I improvised. Totally. The results is this CREAM CHEESE KOOL-AID PIE and it's EXTRA DELICIOUS! Trust me!!

Kool-Aid Pie Recipe - How To Make No Bake Kool-Aid Pie With Cream Cheese - Summertime Dessert
Hello and Happy 4th of July my Friends, welcome to my Southern Kitchen!
Are y’all a fan of Kool-Aid, y’all are in for a treat! I am making a yummy and refreshing No Bake Kool-Aid Pie!
Simple, easy, Oven-Free, and bursting with flavor of the taste of Kool-Aid! Another ultimate Summer Dessert, great for BBQs, Family Reunions, Fish Frys, also for the 4th of July; everyone will love and enjoy this Pie!
Graham Cracker Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick, 8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Filling
1 (0.13 ounce) package pink lemonade (or any flavor) kool-aid mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon pure lemon extract (if using the lemonade or pink lemonade flavor)
Pink Food Coloring, optional (if using pink lemonade)
Whipped Cream
Lemon slice and whipped cream, for garnish (optional)
Whipped Cream
2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
2 heaping tablespoons powdered sugar (more or less, depends how sweet you like)
Ellen’s Magic: You may use a store-bought 9-inch graham cracker crust, also you may use another extract depends on what flavor kool-aid you use.
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
For the Crust: Crush the graham crackers until they are fine crumbs (only if you crush them yourself) then add them into a large bowl then pour in the sugar and melted butter and stir until well combined. Pour the crust mixture into a greased 9-inch deep dish pie plate and press evenly and firmly into the bottom and sides. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely on wire rack.
For the Whipped Cream: In a medium or large chilled bowl using a electric hand mixer or stand mixer with whip attachment, add the whipped cream and powdered sugar; whip on high until reaches stiff white peaks.
In a large bowl using a electric hand mixer, add in the cream cheese and cream on medium speed until fluffy. Next add in the sweetened condensed milk, kool-aid mix lemon extract, and food coloring (if desired) and continue mixing until well combined. Add and fold in the whipped cream. Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust, place the pie in the refrigerator and chill overnight until firm. Garnish with lemon slice and whipped cream (if desired), cut into desired slices, serve and enjoy!

This most delicious and easiest Blueberry Yogurt Cake made without added sugar, oil, or even flour! You only need 3 minutes and 4 ingredients to prepare it. It tastes creamy and fruity!
6-inch (15cm) Blueberry Yogurt Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups (400g) sweetened yogurt
4 eggs
4Tbsp (40 g) cornstarch
1/2 cup (70g) blueberries
Optional:
20 blueberries for toppings
(340F/170C) Bake 50-55minutes

* This cake tastes best when it is cold.
* If you don’t like the smell of eggs, you can also add lemon juice or vanilla extract to the batter
* If you like to use unsweetened yogurt, you can add sugar, honey, or sweetener... The amount can be adjusted according to your preferred sweetness. Because I used sweetened yogurt, I didn't add sugar in this recipe
* If you like to use frozen blueberries, you'd better use it after thawing
* If you use other starch or flour instead of cornstarch, the texture and taste of the cake will be very different.
