14 vanilla caramels -- (4 oz.) 1/4 cup Semi-sweet chocolate pieces 2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter 2 tablespoons water 1 can (3 oz.) Chow Mein noodles (2 cups) 1 cup peanuts -- (optional) In a 4 cup glass measure or bowl combine the first four ingredients. Heat unco vered at HIGH for 2 minutes till all is melted, stirring once to blend. Add noo dles, stirring gently till evenly coated. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper. Let stand till firm. 1/2 of a 5 ounce can of Chow Mein Noodles, slightly broken 1 cup of toasted pecan pieces 2 packets of Baker's White Chocolate (with cocoa butter), melted

BUTTERSCOTCH HAYSTACKS 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips 1 cup honey roasted peanuts 1 cup chow mein noodles (or pretzel sticks)
Melt butterscotch chips in double boiler until smooth. Mix in peanuts and chow mien noodles, crunching up as you stir. Spoon onto wax paper in clusters. Let sit for 30 minutes until hardened. Can leave on counter, or in fridge.

No Bake Haystack Cookies Recipe are Sweet, Crunchy, and so Fun to Make!
Easy, chocolate-y NO BAKE Haystack Cookies are made in minutes with just a THREE ingredients. Add these to your Christmas cookie tray for an extra crunch, or make them in the summer when you want a sweet treat but don't want to use your oven.
Instructions Combine the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together in a microwave safe bowl. Heat the chocolate and butterscotch in the microwave at full power for 30 seconds. Stir and heat for 30 second increments until smooth. Add the chow mein noodles to a large bowl and pour the chocolate mixture over the noodles. Stir to coat. Spoon heaping tablespoons of the chow mein noodles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silpat mat. Decorate with sprinkles, if desired. Allow the cookies to set, approximately 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
