Green Chili Cheese Burger Recipe | White Thunder BBQ
This was a massive burger. Think I used about 3/4 lb of 80/20 ground beef for each of the patties. Any roasted chilies will do but I happen to have a bunch of these hatch chilies left from last years harvest. A real simple recipe that packs a big flavor. I really hope you give this recipe a try!

Smoky Chili Bacon Cheeseburger Recipe! | Stuffed Cheeseburger | Ballistic Burgers
The Smoky Chili Bacon Cheeseburger is hiding a secret. This secret reveals itself once you bite into it! 3/4 pounds of 80/20 ground beef stuffed with two types of cheese, chili, onion and Frito corn chips! I slow smoked this burger on my Yoder YS640s at 250ºF until the meat was cooked, the chili hot and the cheese melted. While making this I was thinking this was way too over the top, but it's not! This smoky chili bacon chili cheeseburger rocked and I will be making this again!

After seeing @thevulgarchef start this crazy trend, I had to throw my hat in the ring. This Chili Cheese Glizzburger is a combination of so many ideas its hard to count. Firstly, it is a split open hot dog but it gets stuffed with ground beef. Grilled till nice and juicy, we will top with a homemade chili topped with cheese, onions and cilantro. ????RECIPE - 2 sandwiches????
Peppers:
-Green and red bell peppers,Salt, pepper, dried garlic, olive oil
1.cut the peppers, add seasoning, bake in the preheated oven at 220C/ 430F aprox 40min
Chili butter:
-butter, dried herbs, chili flakes, salt
1.mash the butter, add seasoning, cover with clinge film, put in the fridge
Onion:
2 pcs onion, salt, pepper, dried garlic, balsamic vinegar
1.cut the onion, fry in the meadium pan on meadium heat.
2.after the onion is golden brown on the borh sides -add salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, and let cook another minute
Meat:
-500g minced meat (we used beef), salt, pepper
1.season your meat with salt and pepper and mix
2.devide into 120g pieces and form balls.
3.smash with the burger press, or with the bottom of the pan
4.cook on the pan/ or grill, both sides, couple minutes
Bread:
2pcs baguettes/ white bread
1.cut the bread in half, toast with olive oil
Cheese:
10cm block of cheddar cheese
1.grate the cheddar, put into small pot, and melt- on meadium heat, don't stop stirring. Just keep stirring until melted. (After it's melted you have to pour it over the meat directly, because it wil become solid really fast)
Finish
1.toasted bread, 2.chili butter, 3.roasted peppers, 4.meat, 5.meted cheese, 6.jalapeños, 7.onion, 8.bbq sauce, 9.cilantro
