Greetings Food Junkie Followers, I have finally put out a video! Can you believe it? Sorry, it has been so long. Life got in the way. Anyways, this recipe I am sharing I found on Facebook. It has been floating around for years. This is Sweet Baby Ray's Crock Pot Chicken, and boy is it good. I did add my own twist to it. Below I share the ingredients and what I added to mine. Sweet Baby Ray Crock Pot Chicken- Southern Food Junkie Style -4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts (can be fresh or frozen) (You could also use chicken thighs or I want to try Pork Chops as well. ) - 1 medium onion, sliced. - half of a bell pepper - 1 16 oz bottle of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce - 1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar -1/4 cup of Brown Sugar -1 tsp of garlic powder -1 tsp of red chili flakes -A dash of Texas Pete Mix BBQ sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and chili flakes in a bowl. Place chicken in Crockpot. Pour sauce over them and add in onions and bell peppers. Stir around to coat chicken and veggies. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.

Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken in BBQ Sauce Recipe
2 lbs boneless, skinless, chicken thighs 2 onions chopped 4 cloves garlic, chopped 1 cup barbecue sauce 1 6oz can tomato paste 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon dried oregano Celtic Sea Salt Black Pepper
Sprinkle chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Mix barbecue sauce, tomato paste, honey, and oregano in a medium bowl. Place onions in a 4 quart slow cooker Place chicken on top on onions. Place garlic on top of chicken. Place sauce mixture over chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours.
