Ingredients 2 pound round steak 1/4 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 each onions 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 teaspoon molasses 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger 1 cup water 1 cup sour cream 2 tablespoon horseradish sauce
Directions: Combine flour, salt and pepper. Cut round steak into cubes. Toss meat cubes with flour mixture. Brown in a little hot oil. Put in crockpot, add sliced onions, worchestire sauce, curry, molasses, ginger and water. Cover and slow cook 6 hours. Just before serving add sour cream mixed with horseradish. Serve with rice, peas.
