In this video I demonstrate how to cook a delicious cheesy chicken and vegetable bake using leftovers.
This inexpensive budget meal is quick and easy to prepare, and it delivers big on taste!
Ingredients:
1 bowl of leftover protein i.e. chopped chicken, beef, turkey, hardboiled eggs or nonmeat protein.
1 bowl of leftover cooked vegetables.
1 tomato, thinly sliced.
1 garlic clove (see video).
1 measure of Mornay sauce:
100g grated cheese.
Pinch of grated nutmeg.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with pasta, potatoes, rice or just crusty French bread.
