This super easy Quiche Recipe is so delicious and simple to make. Quiche is one of my favorites because its so versatile. It works just as well for breakfast as it does for dinner! Feel free to be creative and switch it up with your favorite cheeses, vegetables, or meats to make it perfect suit your taste!

Ingredients:
1 pie crust refrigerated
6 large eggs
3/4 cup half and half
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked ham chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
4 tbsp scallions
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F and place frozen pie dish into refrigerator to thaw.
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the ham, scallions, and 1 cup of the mozzarella and cheddar mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Mini Chicken Quiche
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Chicken Filling:
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part chopped ½ Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tsp
-Chicken small cubes 1 & ½ Cups
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Mustard paste 1 tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Cream 1 Cup
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
Short Cut Pastry:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups (450 gms)
-Makhan (Butter) chilled 225 gms (cubes)
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) 6 tbs
Directions:
For Chicken Filling:
-In frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add onion,mix well and sauté until translucent.
-Add garlic and mix.
-Add chicken and mix well until changes color.
-Add capsicum and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Add black pepper powder,salt,mustard paste,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes & let it cool down.
-In bowl,add eggs,cream,onion powder,dried oregano,black pepper powder,garlic powder and whisk well & set aside.
For Shortcut pastry:
-In chopper,add all-purpose flour,butter and pulse for 3-4 times.
-Add salt,sugar and chop well.
-Gradually add milk and chop until crumbled.
-In bowl,add crumbled mixture,bring together and knead until dough is formed.
-Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-Sprinkle flour on dough and rolled out dough with the help of rolling pin.
-Cut into rough shape with the help of the cutter.
-Grease muffin or cupcake tray with cooking oil and place rolled dough,set and prick with fork (makes 10-12).
-Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 5 minutes then take out from oven and rest for 5 minutes.
-On half cooked pie shells,add cooked chicken filling,prepared egg+cream mixture and cheddar cheese.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes.

Chicken Quiche Ingredients:
For the dough:
2-3 packs - shortbread dough
For the filling:
300 g - chicken fillet;
300 g - mushrooms;
1 PC. - onion;
1 pinch of salt.
For pouring:
200 ml. - low-fat cream;
2 pcs. - chicken eggs;
100 g - cheese;
1 PC. - greenery.
Directions:
Start out with chopping onions. Then slice champignon mushrooms.
Heat the pan on medium high heat, add onion slices, add champignons and fry until golden brown. Add slices of boiled chicken (cooked in advance) and stir with the rest.
Meanwhile place the ready dough in a baking dish. Use a fork to make holes across the surface and put the pan with the dough in an oven.
It’s time to proceed with the fill: chop parsley and green onions, grate hard cheese.
Remove the dough from the oven; Beat eggs in a bowl and whisk together with cream.
Also, add grated cheese and chopped greens. Mix everything together.
Put the filling into the dough and spread the fill. Place in an oven preheated to 356°F degrees (180°C) and bake for 30-40 minutes.

Chicken And Mushroom Quiche Recipe | How To Make A Quiche
Mushroom and Chicken Quiche Recipe. #cheesy #chicken #quiche
Ingredients:
- 200g flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 100g butter
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 1 onion
- 5 to 7 mushrooms
- half a kg of chicken breast
- one cube of chicken stock
- Black pepper
- salt
- garlic oyster sauce
- chilli flakes
- 310g cream
- 3 eggs
- mozzarella cheese
- herbs
- chilli flakes
Method :
1. First, let's start by making the dough. Add in 200 g of flour and mix it with a 1/4 tsp of salt. Then cut 100g of butter ( cold butter) in small cubes and add them in the flour little by little. Once the butter is mixed in, add in 2 tbsp of cold water. Make the dough and store it in the fridge for half an hour.
2.. In a pan, add in 50 g of butter and saute one chopped onions and a handful of mushrooms on low heat. Then, add in half a kg of chopped chicken breast. Mix in salt, black pepper, chilli flakes and garlic oyster sauce according to your taste. For the cream filling, add in 310g of cream in an empty bowl and mix it with 3 eggs.
3. Once you have rolled out the dough and placed it on a baking container, place an aluminum foil on the surface. Add in rice and bake it for 10 to 15 minutes, and then 15 minutes without the rice until the crust is golden brown.
At last, assemble everything together. Add in your mushroom and chicken filling and then the cream mixture. Top it off with mozzarella cheese, parsley and chilli flakes. And back in the oven it goes until it turns golden brown.
