How To make Chicken'N' Vegetable Casserole
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 10-oz-pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked
1/4 cup chopped pimentos
1 med onion chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 envelope instant mashed potatoes
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
Melt butter, blend flour, and gradually add chicken broth to make a smooth sauc e. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add seasoning salt and mushroom soup. Add peas and carrots, pimentos and onion. Saute green pepper in butter; add to mixture. Pour into greased casserole. Prepare potatoes accord ing directions on package. Top casserole with mashed potatoes using a pastry tube. Bake at 400

►1 Tbsp lemon juice
►1 cup half and half (or ½ cup milk + ½ cup heavy cream)

4 chicken breasts
1 large egg
3 tbsp plain all-purpose flour (replace with gluten free flour blend if needed)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried paprika
1/4 tsp garlic salt
3 tbsp olive oil
1 brown onion peeled and sliced
2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano

1 cup (160g) sun dried tomatoes I like the bright red one from the deli counter
1 red bell pepper de-seeded and sliced
1 tbsp tomato puree (paste)

1/3 cup (90ml) double (heavy) cream

Minced Chicken Stew Recipe - Chicken recipe - Minced Chicken Curry

Ingredients required for making minced chicken stew -
* 730 gm/1.6 lb minced chicken. I grind boneless skinless chicken thighs in my food processor because chicken thighs are the best for making a curry as chicken breast meat tend to become very dry.
* 203 gm /7 oz or 1 large carrot
* 294 gm/ 10 oz or 1 large potato
* 1/2 cup frozen green peas
* 216 gm/ 8 oz / 1 very large onion
* 1 tablespoon finely grated garlic
* 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
* 1 cup canned crushed tomato or 1/2 a cup of tomato puree (without any added seasonings)
* 1 heaped teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder. You can substitute chilli powder with paprika if you do not want any heat. You can even use half a teaspoon of regular chilli powder. Please adjust the proportion of chilli powder according to your preference.
* 1 tablespoon ground coriander (dhania powder)
* 1 teaspoon salt or as per taste
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 1/4th teaspoon ground black pepper (forgot to show in video. Add it along with ground coriander)
* 1 teaspoon garam masala powder. Click this link if you want to make garam masala powder at home -
* 1 chicken bouillon cube (optional)
* 2 tablespoons mexican crema/sour cream/heavy cream/coconut cream/4 tablespoons half and half
* 1 & 1/2 cups water or chicken broth
* coriander leaves
Serve this with rice/roti/naan/paratha/any bread
