How To make Buttermilk Toaster Pancakes
3 Eggs
1 tb Brown sugar, packed
1 c Flour -- unsifted
1 tb Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
2/3 c Buttermilk
2 tb Oil
Preheat griddle. Beat eggs with brown sugar until very light, about 2 minutes. Mix dry ingredients. Stir gently into beaten eggs. Add buttermilk and oil. Stir only until mixed. Batter will be lumpy. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until surface is covered with bubbles, turn, and cook other side until light brown. Cool on rack. Place pancakes in an airtight container with waxpaper between layers. Or wrap singly in foil. Label and store in freezer. To reheat in toaster: Remove from freezer and unwrap pancakes to be reheated. Set toaster on medium-low setting. Toast pancakes, twice if necessary, to heat through. 2 eggs
60ml milk
1tbsp white sugar
1/4tsp ground cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Mix well
2 slices of bread
Cut off the crusts (optional)
Medium-low heat
1tbsp unsalted butter
Pour the egg over the bread
Flip over and cover with the egg
Repeat
Pour the rest of the egg
Soak the egg mixture with the bread
Place in the frying pan
Shape the bread with the spatulas
Flip over
Fry the sides
Done!
Maple syrup
So fluffy and delicious!

How to Make Buttermilk Pancakes
Ditch the box mix and never look back with this easy Buttermilk Pancakes recipe! They’re big and fluffy and the taste just can’t be beat!
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1½ teaspoons baking powder
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups buttermilk
2 large eggs , beaten
2 Tablespoons melted butter
2 Tablespoons milk , to thin batter
Instructions
Heat griddle to 350 degrees F (or heat a large skillet to medium). Grease with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Add buttermilk, eggs and melted butter and mix just until wet and dry ingredients are incorporated. You don't want to over-mix the batter.
Add milk, a little at a time until batter is still thick, but pourable.
Use a ¼ cup measuring cup to scoop batter and pour on hot griddle. Cook pancakes until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip once.
Serve warm with syrup!
Notes
Store leftover pancakes in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Rewarm in the microwave or toaster oven.
Freezing Instructions: Allow to cool completely, then lay pancakes in a single layer on a large baking tray and place them in the freezer. Allow them to harden for about 30 minutes, then stack them in a freezer safe container or bag and freeze for up to 3 months. The flash freeze will help keep them from sticking to each other.
