How to Make Hungry Jack Fluffy Pancakes Exactly Like the Box
1 Large Mixing Bowl
Measuring Cup
1 Flat Hamburger/Pancake Spatula
1 Nonstick skillet
1 Cup of Pancake Mix
1 Cup of Water
Mix pancake mix and water, make sure mix is fully mixed.
Preheat skillet for 30-45 seconds, test with drops of water in the pan for temperature ready.
Use a measuring cup to dip and pour the mixture into the skillet; if you feel uncomfortable pouring from a large bowl.
**Never press down pancake with a spatula, just flip it.
Always pour pancake mix in the center of the skillet for a perfectly round shape.
Watch for air pockets or bubbles that will form from cooking on one side. Insert spatula around the edge of the pancake. Then, slide the spatula underneath the pancake and flip it to the other side to complete for additional 15 seconds; remove and serve.
Pancake toppings are endless.
Strawberries, flavored syrup, bananas, apple pie filling, blackberry pie filling, blueberry pie filling, peaches, whip cream, or powdered sugar. Enjoy!
