You'll want to load up your freezer with these yummy turkey breakfast sausage patties because they are that yummy. Breakfast sausage made from scratch is always the best and this recipe is so easy and quick.
I love that ingredients are so pure; turkey & spices. None of that high sodium, msg, by products and other crap that's loaded into store bought turkey breakfast sausages.

Holiday Apple Sausage
This is a video on how to make holiday apple sausage which has been a tradition in our house for decades. Ingredients:5 lb. 80% fine ground pork3 Tbl. Frisco (or any favorite brand) sausage Seasoning *½ c. brown sugar3 Tbl. cinnamon1 21 oz. can of apple pie filling. Use your hands and work the apple pie filling and seasonings into the pork. If your hands get cold run them under warm water. To cook, simmer on medium heat in a skillet in just enough water to coat the bottom of the pan. As the water cooks away, it will start to caramelize and brown the sausage. Don't get in a hurry or use a higher heat as the sugar in the pie filling will burn.Happy Holidays!* in place of the sausage seasoning and ground pork, you can skip this step by substituting your favorite sausage.
