Pizza dough of choice 1/2 Stick margerine Garlic powder Parmesean Cheese After making the dough for your pizza you place it on a piece of heavy duty aluminium foil. Spread it into a circular pizza shape. Take your pizza cutter and score the dough into 1/2" slices and then cut the entire pie in half. Melt a 1/2 stick of margerine and add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder(add more or less to suit you). Spread this on your bread sticks. Top the bread with parmesean cheese and place aluminum foil directly on oven rack-no pan needed-at 450 degrees until crispy and browned. I always make an extra crust when making pizza for my family. Breadsticks are one of the favorite appetizers for many of us. In the video we see how to make soft and fluffy olive garden style breadsticks and the thinner crispier Italian grissini breadsticks. Both breadsticks are made from the same dough;the only difference is while shaping and as the grissini breadsticks are thin,they require slightly lower baking temperature than the other one. Unlike the usual breadsticks recipe we don't do double proofing in this recipe and hence we can save our time. We need only 6 basic ingredients to make breadsticks!
INGREDIENTS:
Flour 2 cups/260 g Water 140 ml/1/2 cup +1 1/2 tbsp Salt 3/4 tsp Sugar 1 tbsp Butter 1 1/2 Tbsp/22 g Yeast : Instant or active dried yeast Half Tsp
If you are using active dried yeast,just make sure you activated the yeast ,before adding o the flour.

Ingredients: 1 large Puff pastry sheet, thawed 1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan cheese, grated 1 teaspoon Oregano 3 tablespoons Olive oil/melted butter 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed Flour for the work surface
Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. In a small bowl whisk olive oil, oregano, and crushed garlic. Set aside. 3. On a lightly floured surface, unfold the puff pastry. Lightly sprinkle the pastry sheet with flour. Roll out puff pastry into ⅛-inch (1/4 cm) thick. 4. Brush half of the puff pastry with olive oil/butter mixture. Sprinkle parmesan on top, fold unbrushed part over the brushed part and gently press the pastry. Roll out the dough into ¼-inch (1/2cm). 5. Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, cut the puff pastry in half, then slice the puff pastry crosswise into 1-inch (2.5cm) wide strips. 6. Gently twist pastry sticks, and place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned and puffed. Remove to wire racks to cool.
