1 c Oil 1 c Sugar 4 Eggs 1 ts Vanilla 1 ts Baking Powder 2 c Flour 1 Jar Cherry or Blue berry Pie filling.Apple, Peach etc Combine ingredients in mixing bowl, except Jar of Pie filling. and mix until it becomes gummy. Grease a cake pan, and place half of the batter on bottom, spread around and then add the Jar of fruit pie filling and spread remaining batter on top. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon on top of batter and Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 1 hour. For a 13x9 inch baking dish double this recipe. Good Luck and Enjoy Joni in S.Jersey -----

오늘은 크리스마스 트리 모양의 과일 젤리 케이크를 만들어 봤어요. 푹신한 스펀지 케이크와 달콤한 3가지 맛의 크림이 참 조화로웠어요.
