How To make German Chocolate Upside Down Surprise Cake
1 c Flaked coconut
1 c Pecans; chopped
1 pk German chocolate cake mix
1 1/4 c Water
1/3 c Oil
3 Eggs
3 1/2 c Confectioners' sugar
1 c Margarine; melted
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
Heat oven to 375~. Grease a 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle coconut and pecans evenly over bottom of greased pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs at Low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at High speed. Spoon batter evenly over coconut and pecans. In another large bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, margarine and cream cheese; beat until smooth and creamy. Spoon evenly over batter TO WITHIN 1 inch of edge. Bake at 375~ for 43 to 53 minutes, or until a tothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Cut into squares. Invert each square onto individual plates. Serve warm or cool. Bei sehr schwacher Hitze 18 Minuten mit Deckel garen.
Nach dem Wenden weitere 3 Minuten bei sehr schwacher Hitze garen.
Puderzucker.

Chocolate Pineapple Upside Down Cake: a delicious and unique recipe to take to a party!
Just pour the chocolate batter over the pineapple slice to make an amazing cake! INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup brown sugar (90 g)
• 3 tbsp syrup (30 ml)
• 3 tbsp butter (30 g)
• 8 slices of pineapple in syrup
• 8 cherry in syrup
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups melted dark chocolate
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 1/3 cup melted butter (70 g)
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp baking powder
METHOD
In a saucepan over medium heat, boil the sugar with syrup pineapple, when it melted, add the butter.
Pour the sugar mixture into the glass baking form. Place pineapples and cherries in the center set aside.
For a cake, beat eggs with sugar in a bowl, add chocolate, butter, flour, alternating with milk, salt, and baking powder.
Pour the dough onto caramel carefully. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/350°F. Remove and cool.
