How To make Beef Supper Casserole
1 lb Ground beef
1 c Chopped onion
1 Egg
1 c Dairy sour cream (8 ounces)
3/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
Old-Fashioned Buttermilk -Biscuits (1 recipe) 1 c Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
-(4 ounces) Preheat oven to 400. Grease bottom of a 9-inch square baking pan. Brown ground beef in skillet; drain and reserve drippings. Saut onion in reserved beef drippings until tender; drain. Beat egg in mixing bowl; stir in sour cream, salt, and pepper. Prepare biscuits as directed; except--after kneading gently, divide dough in half. Roll out first half on lightly floured board or pastry cloth to fit dimensions of pan. Pat dough tightly into bottom of pan. Sprinkle dough evenly with ground beef. Add onion layer and pour sour cream mixture over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Repeat rolling procedure with remaining biscuit dough. Place dough on top of casserole mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before serving. Cut into squares to serve.

Chili Dip:

A hearty Italian-style casserole of ground beef, egg noodles, and gobs of cheese.

INGREDIENTS
- cabbage
- 1 ½ lb ground beef
- 1 TB tomato paste
- 14 oz tomato sauce
- red pepper
- green pepper
- white onion
- salt/pepper
- 1tsp cajun seasoning
- 2 TB garlic powder
All given measurements are an approximation and meant to be tailored to suit your individual preferences and dietary needs!

How to make the BEST Beef and Potato Casserole w/ Cheese
My family loves casseroles, and my beef and potato casserole is one of their all-time favorites. Simple ingredients sometime make the best meals.

Beef & Potatoes Casserole w/Cheese
1 lb. Potatoes (Peeled and Sliced)
1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
1/2 White or Brown Onion Chopped up
2 T. Butter
1 t. Salt
1/2 t. Onion Powder
1/2 t. Garlic Powder
1/2 t. Pepper
2 T. All-Purpose Flour
1 Can (10.5 oz.) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Milk (2% or Whole)
2 to 3 C. Grated Cheese (Colby Jack, or Cheddar). Use as much or as little cheese as you prefer (I used 3 C. in the video).
Cover with foil and bake @ 375 degrees 30-40 minutes or until hot and heated through. Uncover and bake for additional 5 minutes.

This casserole is so easy to make. In the video I made almost 3 times as much as the normal recipe. One batch would be 3 pounds of meat, total.
1 pound each of any meats you’d like. I used a pound of each, chicken breast, ground beef, and breakfast sausage.
2 bricks of cream cheese
1/2 cup of bacon bits, extra for the top
1 cup of shredded cheese mixed in, extra for the top
These measurements can be changed to suit your tastes. Many people use ham or even pepperoni in this dish. I’ve also used taco meat for a Mexican flavor!
