How To make Beans, Bows, Meatball, Tomato Soup
MEATBALL 1 tb Finely chopped onion
Sauted a bit 1 Egg :
beaten
1/2 c Soft bread crumbs (2/3
Slice) 2 tb Grated parmesan cheese
1 tb Parsley :
chopped
1/4 ts Garlic powder
Pepper to taste 1/2 lb Lean ground beef
SOUP 15 oz Canned tomatoes with basil
'pasta ready' 1/2 c Beef broth
8 oz Canned garbanzo beans :
Rinsed and drained 2 c Water
1 t Italian seasonings
Rubbed 1/2 c Uncooked bow tie pasta
2 c Spinach leaves :
torn
1 c Sliced mushrooms
Make 24 - 36 meatballs. Brown about 8 minutes. Drain. In a large stock pan, stir together undrained tomatoes, broth, beans, water, and all seasonings. Bring just to a boil. Add bows. Reduce heat to gently but continally cook the pasta (8 minutes). Add spinach, mushrooms and meatballs. Serve now: simmer to heat through (20 minutes). Serve later: Turn heat off. 1. Perfect breakfast!
Ingredients:
- lavash;
- avocado - 1/2 piece;
- salt - to taste;
- eggs - 2 pcs;
- butter;
- cheese - 40 g.
Fry the eggs, chop the avocado. We spread it in layers on pita bread: avocado, scrambled eggs, cheese and wrap it in an envelope. Fry on both sides and have breakfast!
2. For lunch Soup Solyanka
Ingredients:
- chicken thighs;
- smoked sausage - 300 g;
- boiled sausage - 300 g;
- hunting sausages - 200g;
- pickled cucumbers - 200g;
- tomato paste - 2-3 tablespoons;
- olives - 1 bank;
- bow 1 pc;
- lemon;
- greens to taste;
- salt to taste.
Boil the chicken. Fry the onion and add tomato paste, chopped sausage, chicken, cucumbers. Pour everything with broth, add greens, boil a little, add lemon slices and let it brew for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
3. Juicy pollock with onions for the second.
Ingredients:
- pollock - 3 pcs;
- bow - 3 pcs;
- salt, pepper, seasoning for fish - to taste;
- vegetable oil;
- greenery.
Prepare the fish for frying, salt, pepper, add seasoning for fish. Put the fish in the pan first, then add the onion cut into half rings. Simmer under the lid for 10 minutes, turn the fish over and add greens. Simmer another 5 minutes and the fish is ready. It turns out a very tasty and juicy dish.
4. Salad Three cabbages can be served for lunch or dinner.

- Beijing cabbage - 200 g;
Cauliflower - 200 g;
- spinach - 1 bunch;
- dill - 1 bunch;
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp;
- salt - 1 tsp;
- sour cream - 150 ml;
- salt - 1 tsp;
- a mixture of peppers - 1 tsp;
- mustard - 1 tsp.
Cabbage is useful in any form. Try to include this wonderful vegetable in your menu every day.
5. Meatballs with beans in tomato sauce for dinner.
Ingredients:
For meatballs:
- minced chicken - 500 g;
- bow - 1 pc;
- salt, paprika - to taste;
- sour cream - 1 tbsp. l;
- egg - 1 pc;
- breadcrumbs - 50 g.
For sauce:
- bow - 1 pc;
- green beans - 300 g;
- flour - 1 tbsp. l;
- salt, coriander, paprika - to taste;
- water - 150 ml;
- tomato sauce - 250 g;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
Prepare minced meatballs, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown. Add the onion, saute a little, then add all the other ingredients. Add garlic at the end. Fragrant and healthy dish - ready!
