How To make Basic White Bread (Kh)
5 1/2 To 6 cups flour
2 pk Active dry yeast
2 tb Sugar
2 ts Salt
1 c Milk
1 c Vvater
2 tb Oil
Oil or butter
QUICK MIX METHOD
Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Heat milk, water, and 2 tablespoons oil in a saucepan over low heat until very warm (120 to 130F). Add liquid to flour mixture; beat on high speed of elec- tric mixer until smooth, about 3 minutes. Gradually stir in more flour to make a soft dough. Tum onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic (5 to 10 minutes). Cover dough with bowl or pan; let rest 20 minutes. For two loaves, divide dough in half and roll out two 14x7-inch rectangles; for one loaf roll out to 16x8-inch rectangle. Roll up from narrow side, pressing dough into roll at each turn. Press ends to seal and fold under loaf. Place in 2 greased 8x4x2-inch loaf pans or 1 greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan; brush with oil. Let rise in warm place until
double in bulk (30 to 45 minutes). Bake at 400F 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from pans immediately and brush with oil; cool on wire rack.
CONVENTIONAL METHOD
Heat milk, sugar, oil, and salt; cool to lukewarm. In a large bowl, sprinkle yeast in warm water (105 to 115F) stir until dissolved. Add lukewarm milk mixture and 2 cups flour; beat until smooth. Beat in enough additional flour to make a stiff dough. Turn out onto lightly floured surface; let rest 10 to 15 minutes. Knead until smooth and elastic (8 to 10 minutes). Place in a greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover; let rise in warm place until double in bulk (about 1 hour). Punch down. Let rest 15 minutes. Follow same shaping and baking
instructions as Quick Mix Method.

How to make an EASY White Bread Loaf and/or EASY Yum Yums Pt1
This is a very simple recipe and method that will show you how to make White Bread and not only that but Yum Yums Too. See yum yums pt2 to see finished Bread loaf out of Oven. Any brands shown in this video used by me during the making of this video is completely accidental and not an endorsement. I apologise now for lack of tools and ingredients but I wanted to do this for everybody that can't find Bread in shops or don't want to go out to buy bread. My recipe needs 3 ingredients for bread
You will need; 8oz White Bread Flour plus half a cup during kneading process if mix sticky 2tsps Dried Fast Yeast, up to 300ml lukewarm water . What I forgot to say in this video is you can of course sprinkle on top of loaf before baking a little flour, or oats, or poppy / sesame seeds etc. If not allergic.
Please Note The Bread recipe can be left to prove again before baking. Personally, I find it is not necessary.
For Yum Yums you will need one to 2 teaspoons of caster sugar. 2tbsp Icing Sugar and one to 2 teaspoons water or squeeze of lemon juice. See Recipe video.

Gulab Jamun
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
• Lassa khoya 250 grams
• Baking soda 1 pinch
• Salt 1 pinch
• Flour 1/3 cup
• Egg ½
Syrup:
• Water 2 cups
• Sugar 1 & ½ cup
• Kewra water 1 tsp
• Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
• Lemon juice 1 tsp
Directions:
To make syrup, in a pan add water and sugar and cook until it becomes a sticky syrup. Now turn off the flame and add kewra water, cardamom powder, lemon juice and mix well.
In a bowl take lassa khoya and crumble it well with your hands. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and egg and mix well to a smooth dough. It needs kneading for at least 6-8 minutes.
Now make small balls of same size. Make sure they are smooth and have no cracks.
Heat ghee, and add balls and fry gently and stir continuously. Make sure ghee is not very hot otherwise gulab jamun will not cook well from inside or will burn.
When gulab jamuns becomes golden, add them directly to hot syrup. Make sure syrup is hot (not burning hot).
Repeat frying process. Add all gulab jamuns in syrup and leave them for 60 minutes
Garnish with pistachios and serve
Recipe in Urdu:
Ajza:
• lassa khoya 250 grams
• Baking soda 1 pinch
• namak 1 pinch
• Maida 1/3 cup
• Anda ½ adha
Syrup:
• Paani 2 cups
• Cheeni 1 & ½ cup
• Kewra arq 1 tsp
• Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
• lemon juice 1 tsp
Banane ka tareeka:
Ek pan main pani len aur cheeni shamil kar ke pakayen. Jab tak ke garha sheera banjaye. Ab choolhay se utaar len aur kewra arq, elaichi powder and lemon juice shamil kar ke achi tarah mix karlen.
Ek bowl main lassa khoya lekar achi tarah hathon se choora choora kar len. Maida, baking soda , namak, aur anda shamil karke mix Karen. 6-8 minutes tak goondhen taake acha sa paira banjaye. Ab is main se ek hi size ki choti choti golian banalen. Dhiyan rahe ke golian smooth hon aur cracks na hon.
Ab ghee garam kar lain aur ek ek karke golian daalen aur medium aanch par fry Karen. Aanch tez na ho warna gulab jamun jal jayenge ya ander se kache reh jayenge. Jese hi gulab jamun golden hojayen garam sheere main shamil karte jaye. Sheera garam hona chahiye. Ek ghante keliye sheere main hi rehne den aur phir garnish karke serve karen.
