How to make the SOFTEST LOAF BREAD! EASY Beginner Friendly /FULL TUTORIAL / A Beautiful Nest
Learn to make the softest, delicious loaf bread. Beginner friendly recipe! EASY!
Here's a link for the the items I use to make bread:
Loaf Bread Recipe
You will need: bread loaf pan, whisk and dough whisk, bowl, measuring cup
Ingredients:
1 packet of fresh active dry yeast or rapid rise yeast
1 cup of warm water heated to 100-100 degrees F
1 tb softened butter
1 tb melted butter
1 tp avocado oil (any non flavored oil will work fine)
2 tb cane sugar
1 tsp can brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt (I use pink Himalayan salt but any salt will work)
3-3 1/2 cups of unbleached all purpose flour (wheat or bread flour will work as well)
*I like to use organic flour (to reduce allergies and contanminates)
(Reserve the 1/2 cup of flour if your dough is a little to wet)
*Honey can be substituted for the sugar
1 egg
Procedure:
Heat 1 cup of spring or filtered water to 100-110 degrees F
Add one packet of yeast (active or rapid rise) to one cup of warmed spring or filtered water.
Be sure not to overheat your water it will kill your yeast. Mix and sit the mixture aside to activate the yeast. You will see foam appear on the top of the water.
If the yeast doesn't foam or bubble it may be dead. (Check your date on the yeast)
Add wet ingredients to a bowl and combine.
2 tb cane sugar, 1 tsp cane brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 tb melted butter, 1 tb softened butter, 1 tsp avocado oil or unflavored oil and 1/4 tsp salt into a bowl and mix well.
You can substitute the sugar with 1-2 tb honey to taste.
Once mixed add your dry ingredients.
3 cups of unbleached all purpose flour (wheat or bread flour can be used) Be sure to add the cups one at a time and mix. DO NOT pack your flour into the measuring cup, scoop or pour into the measuring cup and level off the flour in the measuring cup. Pour the flour into the bowl. Using a dough whisk mix well. You can also use your clean hands if you do not have a whisk.
Once all ingredients are well combined add flour to your work surface and place the dough on the surface to knead.
Knead the dough by folding the top to the middle and push with you palm to your wrist then turn. Fold the next side from the top to the middle knead and turn. Continue to knead the dough until it is smooth. Form a ball with the dough and oil your clean bowl and the dough. Place the dough in the bowl to rise. Cover with cling wrap.
*Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Once the dough has risen flour your work surface and knead the dough once more until smooth. Form into your dough ball and allow to rest for at least five minutes. Once the dough has rested stretch the dough out and roll the dough up into a tube shaped loaf. Place it into your load pan and allow to rise.
Once the dough has risen baste will soft butter and place the dough into your preheated oven at 400 degrees F. Place the loaf in the center of the oven on the middle rack and bake for at least 25 minutes or until golden brown. Once the bread is done remove and allow to cool on a cooling rack. Baste again with butter it's delicious!

Make Bread in 10 Minutes in a Fry pan | No eggs, No yeast
Are you in the mood for freshly baked bread but don't have the time or ingredients for a traditional recipe? Look no further! With this amazing bread recipe, you can whip up a batch of homemade bread in just 10 minutes, and the best part? No yeast or oven required!
Ingredients:
200 grams of all-purpose flour (1 and 2/3 cups) or (7.05 ounces of flour)
5g of baking powder (1 teaspoon) or (0.18 ounces of baking powder)
A pinch of salt
20g of vegetable oil (4 tsp) or ( 0.71 ounces of vegetable oil)
125ml of milk (animal or vegetable milk) 125 ml (1/2 cup) or (4.23 ounces of milk)
- Combine the flour and baking powder in the bowl. Add a pinch of salt for flavor. Pour in the milk and vegetable oil. Mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined and a soft dough is formed. Make sure to incorporate all the dry ingredients with the wet ones.
- If the dough feels too dry, add a little more milk gradually while continuing to mix. If the dough is sticky, sprinkle some flour onto it and knead it until it becomes smooth and flexible. (Just enough to gather the dough does not require kneading). The goal is to achieve a dough that is easy to work with and not too dry or sticky.
- Once the dough is ready, roll it out on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 0.5 to 1 cm. You can use a rolling pin to flatten the dough evenly. Then, use a cookie cutter or any round object with a diameter of approximately 6 cm to cut out the dough into individual discs. Repeat this process until all the dough is used and you have obtained the desired number of bread discs.
- Now, it's time to heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
ـ Once the pan is hot, carefully place a few dough discs onto the pan, ensuring they are evenly spaced apart.Cover the pan with a lid to create a slightly steamy environment, which helps the bread cook evenly and stay moist. Cook each side of the bread for about 5 minutes. You may need to adjust the cooking time slightly based on the thickness of your bread and the heat of your stove. Keep a close eye on the bread to ensure it doesn't burn.
- Once cooked, transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool slightly. The bread should have a lovely golden brown color and a slightly crispy exterior.
- Continue the process of cooking the remaining dough discs until you have cooked all the bread. You can keep the cooked bread warm by covering it with a clean kitchen towel while you cook the rest.
- Once all the bread is cooked, it's time to enjoy your homemade creation. Serve the warm bread with your favorite spreads such as jam, cheese, or use it to make sandwiches. The bread's texture should be soft and tender, making it perfect for any occasion.
- Now, sit back and savor the satisfaction of making delicious bread in just 10 minutes without yeast or an oven. Enjoy!

EASY BREAD RECIPE:
1 1/3 cup warm water (100-110*F)
2 teaspoons active, dry yeast
2 teaspoons brown sugar or honey
1 egg
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
3 to 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
In a large mixing bowl, combine the water, yeast, and sugar.
Stir until dissolved, then add in the egg and salt.
Add the flour one cup at a time. Once the mixture is too stiff to mix with a fork, transferred it to a well-floured countertop.
Knead for 4-5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic. Add more flour if the dough is continues to stick to your hands.
Shape the smooth dough into a ball and place in a bowl. Cover with a dish cloth and let rise in a warm place for one hour (or until the dough has doubled).
Grease a standard-sized loaf pan (9x5). After the first rise is complete, punch down the dough and shape it into a log. Place it into the loaf pan and allow to rise 20-30 more minutes, or until it starts to peek over the edge of the pan. Bake in a 350* oven for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
