Hello everyone. Thank you for watching another episode of R Recipes. This was a very fun recipe to record watch as we put our twist on a classic banana bread muffin.
-Ingredients and Instructions are below-
Ingredients
3 Ripped Bananas (Peeled)
1/3 cup of melted butter
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3/4 cups of sugar (we used brown)
a Pinch of Salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Abstract
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
Step by Step directions
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), and butter a muffin pan.
2) In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
3) Mix in the baking soda and salt. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix in the flour.
4) Pour the batter into your prepared muffin pan. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350°F (175°C), or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
5) Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then remove the banana bread from the pan and let cool completely before serving.

Hello Friends, today on #flouritup we are making easy English muffins, and no oven is needed. I will leave you the recipe here, I really hope you will try it!

English Muffins
4cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup luke warm water
3/4 cup room temp milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon instant yeast
2 tablespoons soft butter
combine water, milk, sugar, and yeast...let it rest for 10 mins. In a large bowl add flour and salt. Now add the yeast mixture and mix until shaggy dough forms, now add butter and kneed for 2 mins. Cover and let rest for 1 hour, or until double in size. Place on lightly floured surface and roll to 1/2 inch thick and cut 3 inch rounds. Lightly place cornmeal on baking sheet them place cut out dough onto it and sprinkle tops with cornmeal. Cover and rest 30 mins. Cook for 5 to 7 mins on each side in skillet of your choice, enjoy

3 Easy Muffins | Banana | Blueberry | Chocolate
We had 3 over ripe bananas that would have been thrown out if I didn't make some banana muffins or banana bread. I normally measure the dry ingredients in a plastic bin, then write the list on the lid. I also include the list of what the wet ingredients are and the baking instructions. These banana muffins are moist and huge and very easy to make. I also made blueberry muffins for a 2nd video, but decided to include it all on one video. As a little bit extra, I share the recipe for my delicious chocolate chip muffins.
Banana Muffins
(Dry Ingredients)
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
(Wet Ingredients)
3 large over ripe bananas
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
Bake at 350 degree F for 30 mins
BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
(Dry Ingredients)
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. granulated white sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
(Wet Ingredients)
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 c. fresh blueberries
1 tsp. vanilla
CRUMBLE
1/4 stick of cold butter diced
1/2 c. granulated white sugar
1/3 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
(Dry Ingredients)
1 c. all purpose flour (sifted)
1/3 c. cocoa powder (sifted)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup + 2 T. sugar
(Wet Ingredients)
2/3 c. applesauce
1/4 c. olive oil
3 T. Greek yogurt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
2 T. milk (cow's milk)
1/2 - 3/4 c. chocolate chips
METHOD
Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl. In a separate bowl whisk the dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and whisk. Fold the chocolate chips into the batter. Spray the muffin tin with vegetable oil then bake in a preheated oven at 400 degree F for 10 minutes. Lower the temperature to 375 degree F and bake for an additional 25 mins.

A very warm welcome back to What’s For Tea :) Today I whipped up a lovely batch of muffins. I made some Lemon, Blueberry and also white chocolate and raspberry. These are so easy to make, and even easier if you’re only making one flavour!
Everything I used will be listed below,

Basic muffin mix -
300g (2 & 1/2 cups) Plain, or all purpose flour
200g (1 cup) White sugar
240ml (1 cup) Whole milk
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice (mix with the milk 10 minutes before using)
150ml (0.6 cup) Vegetable, sunflower or olive oil
2 Large eggs or 3 medium eggs
3 Teaspoons baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon of salt
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup Brown sugar for the tops
Additions - (multiply the ingredients below by 3 if you’re just making one flavour instead of three like I did)
Blueberry Muffins :
100g (1/2 cup) Fresh blueberries, frozen are ok too.
Lemon Muffins:
1 Tablespoon lemon zest
1 Tablespoons Lemon juice
1 Teaspoon lemon extract
White chocolate & raspberry Muffins:
100g (1/2 cup) Fresh raspberries, frozen are fine too
50g (1/4 cup) White chocolate chips
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon lemon zest (optional)
