How To make Banana Oatmeal Pecan Bread
1/2 c Margarine, room temperature
1/4 c Honey
2 Eggs
3 Bananas, mashed
1/4 c Buttermilk
1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Oats
2 c Wholewheat flour
1 c Broken pecans
Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium sized bowl, cream together butter & honey till mixture is smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in bananas, buttermilk & vanilla. When well blended, mix in baking powder, soda & salt. Blend in the rest of the ingredients. Turn mixture into a buttered loaf pan 9" by 5" by 3". Bake for 55 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Today, I will be sharing with you how to make banana cookies. It's one of my children's favorite snacks. The recipe for these cookies is very simple, without using baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil & flour, The COOKIES are very healthy and delicious!
1cup=250ml 1/4cup=60ml
Two ripe bananas
The weight of the peeled banana is about 170 grams
Put the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork
Add in 1 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Add dried and chopped cranberries
Mix well
Prepare a large baking pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Dig a tbsp and put it on the baking tray
This recipe can make 12 small biscuits
Use the back of a spoon to gently press to form a small round shape with a diameter of about 6 cm
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
The taste of this biscuit is slightly chewy on the outside and very soft on the inside
This is a very healthy and simple recipe

So flavorful and beautifully moist. I substituted pecans for walnuts but any nut will work. (Technically, Starbucks uses walnuts tho.) Try it out! It's better than Starbucks and you get the entire loaf!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ripe medium-large bananas, mashed
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- 1⁄3 cup chopped pecans (in addition to 1/2 cup)

Breakfast Banana Bars
Simple ingredients that make wonderful breakfast bars for toddlers!
Ingredients:
• 6 ripe bananas
• 3 ¼ cups of quick oats
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons of water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F
To a large mixing bowl add the peeled bananas and mash
Add in oats, cinnamon, and water. Mix to combine.
Line a square baking sheet with baking paper and pour in mixture. Press down firmly to compact the mixture into the tin.
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool before cutting into bars
