How To make Butter Pecan Banana Cake
1/2 c Mashed bananas
1 Box yellow cake mix
1 pk (4 serving size) butter
-pecan flavored instant -pudding mix 4 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 c Water
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1/2 c Finely chopped pecans
Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend on low speed until all ingredients are just combined. Then beat on medium speed for four minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350?F. for 50 minutes or until cake tester inserted into center comes out clean and cake begins to pull away from sides of the pan. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove and glaze with a thin confectioners sugar icing if desired.

Pecan Banana cake:
3 Cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking soda,
3 eggs, 1 cup of oil, you can use avocado oil or vegetable oil.
1 small can of crushed pineapple, juice and all. 1 Tsp vanilla extract.
2 Cups bananas, chopped or smashed,
1 Cup pecans, chopped ( optional).
Mix dry ingredients together, then add the wet ingredients. Do not beat.
Stir until well blended. Grease and flour 9x13-inch baking pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Perfectly Moist Banana Bread Recipe
4 ripe Bananas
1 cup of White Sugar (you can use less according to desired sweetness)
1 cup of Brown Sugar (you can use less according to desired sweetness)5 Eggs
1 cup of Butter
2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
2 teaspoons of Almond Extract
1 cup of All Purpose Flour
1 cup of Almond Flour or Almond meal
2 teaspoons of Baking Soda
Mash bananas and add sugar and then beat in butter and then eggs and extracts, then combine in the remaining ingredients. Divide mixture into two greased loaf pans and baking in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Then cool and enjoy!!

Crunchy Pecan Topped Banana Bread Recipe | Cupcake Jemma
We’ve all been there. You buy a bunch of bananas with such good intentions. Morning smoothies, packed lunches, etc. And then you oversleep every day with no time for breakfast or you spend too much time at your boyfriend or girlfriend’s place and you return to find your bananas resemble something rather unspeakable and less than appealing. DO NOT DESPAIR! These bananas are the BEST kind of bananas for this recipe! So don’t bin them - bake them! Into this delicious Crunchy Pecan Topped Banana Bread.
RECIPE -
190g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of ground cloves
150g unsalted butter, soft
140g light soft brown sugar
60g dark soft brown sugar
2 big or 3 small VERY ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large free range eggs
1 tbs demerera sugar
extra cinnamon
60g roughy chopped pecans

Perfectly Moist BUTTER PECAN POUND CAKE Recipe | w/ Butter Pecan Cream Cheese frosting | Mansa Queen
This recipe provides a perfect balance between the nutty pecan flavor and a moistly delicious pound cake! Topped with a cream cheese frosting, it is the perfect desert for all the nut-lovers.
For the toasted pecans
1 1/2 cups Pecans chopped/crushed too smaller bits
2 Tbsp melted unsalted butter
1 tsp ground nutmeg
For the cake
3 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
3 sticks butter
5 eggs @room temp
1/2 cup sour cream @ room temp
1 cup heavy whipping cream @ room temp
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup toasted pecan
For the Frosting
8oz cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup toasted pecans
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
Mix the cake as instructed in the video, making sure that all ingredients are at room temperature. Bake cake at 325F for 70-80 minutes. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
Mix the ingredients for the frosting and spread all over the cool cake. Serve and Enjoy!
