How To make Banana Nut Bread ( a Risen Bread)
4 3/4 c Flour - all purpose
3/4 c Sugar
1 ts Salt
2 pk Yeast- active dry
1/3 c Evaporated milk - undiluted
1/3 c Water
1/3 c Margarine
2 Eggs - at room
1 c Banana - mashed
1/2 c Pecans, chopped
2 ts Cinnamon, ground
2 tb Margarine, melted
In large bowl, mix 1 1/4 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and undissolved yeast. Heat evaporated milk, water, and margarine to 120F-130F. Margarine need not melt. Add to dry ingredients; beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer. Add eggs, banana, and 1 cup flour; beat at high speed 2 minutes. Stir in pecans and enough remaining flour to make stiff dough. Knead 8 to 10 minutes. Set in greased bowl; grease top. Cover; let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Punch dough down. Divide in half; shape into loaves. Place in 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans. Cover; let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon. Brush loaves with melted margarine; top with sugar mixture. Bake at 375F 25 to 35 minutes. Cool. From Fleischmann's Yeast package 11/90

Banana Nut Bread????????
Banana Nut Bread
#nowasterecipe
2 cups Sugar
1-1/2 cups Coconut, Vegetable or Corn Oil
3 Eggs
3 to 4 very Ripe Bananas
3 cups All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 cup chopped Pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. With an electric mixer combine the sugar and oil. While on low add the eggs one at a time. Peel and mash the bananas with a fork and add to incorporate. In a separate bowl sift the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and baking soda. With the mixer running on low add the dry mixture slowly until incorporated. Stir in the chopped pecans.
Pour into 2 - greased loaf pans and bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out with crumbs and no wet batter. Approximately 45 minutes. You can also bake in a Bundt pan like a cake for about 1 hour.
Really good in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the afternoon for a pick-me-up. #healthysnacks

Almond Flour -
Almond extract-
Perfectly Moist Banana Bread Recipe
4 ripe Bananas
1 cup of White Sugar (you can use less according to desired sweetness)
1 cup of Brown Sugar (you can use less according to desired sweetness)5 Eggs
1 cup of Butter
2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
2 teaspoons of Almond Extract
1 cup of All Purpose Flour
1 cup of Almond Flour or Almond meal
2 teaspoons of Baking Soda
Mash bananas and add sugar and then beat in butter and then eggs and extracts, then combine in the remaining ingredients. Divide mixture into two greased loaf pans and baking in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Then cool and enjoy!!
