How To make Apricot Carrot Bread
1 3/4 c All purpose flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Applesauce
1/2 c Carrots; shredded
2 tb Vegetable oil
1/3 c Dried apricots; cut
Into small bits 1/2 c Powdered sugar
2 ts Apple juice
Preheat oven to 350~. Spray an 8x4" loaf pan with cooking spray. In large mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a medium size bowl combine beaten egg, sugar, apple sauce, carrots, and vegetable oil. Add all this at once to dry ingredients; stir just this once until just moistened (batter will be thick). Fold in apricots. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool. Wrap loaf and store overnight before slicing. POWDERED SUGAR ICING: In small bowl combine 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar and 2 tsp apple juice to make drizzling consistency. -----

Today i am again come up with one of my favorite recipe which is healthy too. Instead of sugar or condensed milk this recipe includes jaggery powder and there no white flour also instead whole wheat flour is used. So please find the recipe below :-
Ingredients:-
1. Whole wheat flour :- 1 cup
2. Grated Carrot :- 1/2 cup
3. Jaggery Powder :- 1/2 cup
4. Curd (homemade) :- 1/2 cup
5. Baking soda :- 1/4 tsp
6. Baking powder :- 1/2 tsp
7. Vegetable oil :- 1/4 cup
8. Milk (as per requirement ) :- approx 1/3 cup
9. Cardamom powder (elichi) :- 1/2 tsp
10. salt :- 1/2 tsp
11. Dry Apricots:- 4 pieces.

Today we will cook apricot pie. Preparing dough will take you 5 minutes. You will be surprised how tasty this pie is!
Ingridients we need today:
4 eggs
sugar 120 g | 4.2 oz
flour 130 g | 4.6 oz
vanilla sugar 4 g | 0.14 oz
baking powder 4 g | 0.14 oz
apricots without bones 300 g | 10.6 oz LJ

Ginger Apricot and Pistachios Bread recipe
Wonderful delicious flavorful bread. The recipe is at
3 cups bread flour
1 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon rapid rise yeast
3 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup shredded ginger
3/4 cup chopped apricots
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon olive oil
Shred 1/4 cup of ginger. Boil 1/2 cup of water add shredded ginger to it and allow it to cool. When cool strain it with a tea strainer. Keep the ginger extract and discard the pulp.
From the bread flour subtract 3 tablespoon of bread flour and add it to 1/2 cup slightly warm water, add sugar and yeast mix and keep it in a warm place for the yeast to ferment.
To the bread flour add salt, mix, make a well in the center slowly add the fermented yeast mixture, oil, ginger extract and form a dough. After all off the ingredients have combined on a lightly floured surface start kneading the dough for at least 10 to 15 minutes until it is soft and stretchy. Press the dough into a round distribute the apricots and pistachios over the dough and knead it till all of it is mixed in. Shape the dough and press it into a lightly greased loaf pan and leave it in a warm place covered to rise till it is doubled.
Bake it in the middle rack for 400 degrees for the first 10 minutes after which reduce the temperature to 375 degrees and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Bread should double during the first rising, if it does not then it may be due to temperature, humidity or barometric pressure. Keep the dough covered during rising. Keep it in a warm place where there is no draft. Kneading is important to form gluten.
Note: Baking is tricky. Use this recipe as a reference only and adjust it to the area you are living. The ingredients will be different in your area.
