I've been making this for over 25 years! Just mix flour with carrot, egg-free and butter-free
This carrot recipe is egg-free, dairy-free, and butter-free, which is very suitable for vegetarians. Although it is not as sweet as bread with butter and milk, it has a light taste and is very soft. It is delicious and healthy, and you can't even taste the carrots. It can be baked or fried. This recipe is recommended for kids who don’t like carrots!
Carrots 150g
Water 110ml
Bread flour or all-purpose flour 300g
Active dry yeast 3g/1tsp
Salt 3g/0.5tsp
White sugar 25g/2tbsp
Olive oil 30ml/2tbsp
150g Carrot
Cut the carrot into small pieces
Put the carrot into a blender cup
110ml water
Blend the carrot and water
240g carrot puree
25g white sugar
3g active dry yeast
Mix well
300g wheat flour
3g salt
Mix well until the ingredients are combined
30ml Olive oil
Knead the dough until the surface is smooth
Cover and rise until double size
After 1.5 hours
Deflate the air bubbles
Sprinkle some flour on the work surface
Move the dough onto the kneading board
Shape the dough
Cut and divide the dough into 12 pieces
Take a piece of dough and shape it into a ball
Repeat
Cover and rest for 15 minutes
Take a piece of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin
Low heat
Add a bit of oil to the pan
Brush the oil in the pan
Fry the dough
Fry for 3-5 minutes on low heat
Flip over and fry for another 3 minutes
Continue to fry until both sides are golden brown
Done!
For baking
Cover and rise for 30 minutes
Spray some water on top
Seasoning (optional)
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 356°F/180°C
After frying
It's super soft and delicious!

It's super soft and fluffy!

Carrot Bread Recipe: Sneak a Veggie Into Your Baking
Watch as Better Homes and Gardens shows you this carrot bread recipe! If carrot cake is your go-to fall dessert, you're going to want to give this carrot bread recipe with its cream cheese frosting and vibrant candied carrot curls a try. You'll want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees for this homemade bread, as well as lightly grease the bottom and sides of an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan with softened butter. In a large bowl with 2 cups of all-purpose flour, pour in and stir to combine 2/3 cup of packed brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cardamon or nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Turn your attention now to preparing the wet ingredients in a separate bowl for the easy bread recipe. With 2 cups of shredded carrots already in the bowl, add two beaten eggs, 2/3 cup of milk, and 1/3 cup of canola oil. Once you've stirred to combine these ingredients, add them to the baking recipe's dry ingredients and stir until the batter is just moistened. Pour the carrot recipe batter into the cake pan and bake in the oven for 55 to 60 minutes. Once a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, cool the baked homemade bread recipe in its pan for ten minutes then let cool on a wire rack completely. Wrap the bread up in foil and let it sit at room temperature overnight, at least. Right before you're ready to serve the carrot bread recipe, it'll be time to make the cream cheese frosting and candied carrots. For the icing, add 1 ounce of cream cheese, 3/4 cup of powdered sugar, and 3 teaspoons of milk to a small bowl and beat together until it forms a glaze-like consistency. The decadent candied carrots are what's really going to make these baking recipes stand out! Melt 2 tablespoons of butter into a skillet over medium heat, then add 1 cup of shaved carrots and 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey. Cook the carrots until they've become tender. Once they're fully cooked, spread them out onto waxed paper or paper towels to cool. Drizzle the scrumptious bread recipe with the cream cheese frosting and garnish with the freshly finished candied carrots. The vibrant look of this carrot bread will have everyone coming back for seconds!

1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (sour cream works really well too)
2 cups shredded carrot
1/4 cup raisins or walnuts (optional) (add them to your wet mixture after your carrots)
if you want a simple glaze to pour over top just take some softened cream cheese and add some powdered sugar to it (make it as sweet as you want) and if it’s too stiff add some milk to it to loosen it up for the perfect drizzle

6 bread slices
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Curry leaves
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
1 large onion, roughly chopped
1 large tomato, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
1 cup carrot, grated
1/4 cup green bell pepper, roughly chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp chaat masala

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and splutter.
Once the mustard and cumin seeds splutter, add the curry leaves, green chilli, ginger and sauté.
Now add the onions and sauté, then add tomato and cook for a minute.
Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala, salt to taste.
Mix well and cook for a minute.
Add in the grated carrot and green bell pepper mix well.
Cover and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, now turn off the stove.
Add the lemon juice, chaat masala and chaat masala. Mix well.
Apply the butter on the bread slice and toast the bread to golden brown on both sides.
Spread the masala on the toast, cut into a triangle shape and serve it immediately.
