How To make Apple Hazelnut Muffins
1/2 c Hazelnuts, grounded in
-blender to a coarse flour 1/2 c All-purpose flour
2 tb Baking powder
1/4 c Sugar
1 Egg
2 tb Unsalted butter, melted and
-cooled 1/2 c Warm milk
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 pn Of salt
1/2 c Chopped dried apples
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine hazelnuts, flour, baking powder and sugar. Add egg, butter, milk, vanilla, salt and apples. Let stand 10 minutes. Fill 4 cups of a nonstick muffin pan (or regular muffin pan with paper liners) with the batter. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE MUFFIN” by Chef Miggy
INGREDIENTS
* 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
* 1/4 cup HazelNut Spread (Kirkland)
* 1/3 cup (40g) cocoa powder
* 3/4 cup (150g) sugar
* 1½ teaspoons baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon Salt
* 1 cup (240ml) Milk
* 1 large egg
* 1/4 cup (60ml) vegetable Oil
* 4 tablespoons (60g) butter, softened
* 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
* 1/4 cup (45g) Chocolate chips/Almonds or Cereals (Optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 360F (180C). prepare muffin tin lined with muffin paper cups.
2. Into a bowl sift bowl flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar, add oil and beat until combined. Add egg and vanilla extract. Beat until combined. Add buttermilk and mix until combined.
4. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients. Mix until combined and smooth. and add 1/4 cup of HazelNut Spread.
5. Divide the batter evenly between 12 muffin cups, filling only half way. Pipe 1-2 teaspoons of HazelNut in the center (or use spoons). Then spoon the remaining batter on top. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack.

2 adet tam yumurta + 2 yumurta sarısı
2 çay bardağı toz şeker
2 çay bardağı süt
150 gr margarin veya tereyağ oda sıcaklığında
2 su bardağı + 2 silme yemek kaşığı un
1 paket kabartma tozu
bir tutam tuz
2 adet büyük elma
Üzeri için; 6-7 yemek kaşığı ceviz + 1 dolu tatlı kaşığı tarçın + 4-5 yemek kaşığı toz şeker karışımı hazırlanıp keklerin üzerine paylaştırılacak
Tarifte kullanılan su bardağı 250 ml.
Tarifte kullanılan çay bardağı 90 ml.
Apple Muffin
2 whole eggs + 2 egg yolks
2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of milk
150 g margarine or butter at room temperature
2 cups + 2 tablespoons of flour
1 packet of baking powder
pinch of salt
2 large apples
For the above; A mixture of 6-7 tablespoons of walnuts + 1 full teaspoon of cinnamon + 4-5 tablespoons of granulated sugar will be prepared and distributed on the cakes.
The glass of water used in the recipe is 250 ml.
The tea glass used in the recipe is 90 ml.

Hazelnut Apple Cake!!!

For the cake:
200g/1 1/2cups hazelnuts
100g/1/2cup light brown sugar
10g/2tsp vanilla sugar
100g/7tbsp melted butter
5 eggs at room temperature
5g/1tsp baking powder
15g/1tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
The zest of a lemon
A pinch of salt
For the filling:
700g/8 apples
300ml/1 1/2 cups water
100g/1/2cup light brown sugar
60g/4tbsp starch
90ml/6tbsp water
15ml/1tbsp rum
The zest and the juice of a lemon
Topping:
300ml/1 1/2cups heavy cream
30g/2tbsp sugar
10g/2tsp cream of tartar
Unsweetened cocoa powder
