How To make Hazelnut Apple Pancakes
1 1/4 C Flour
1/4 C Hazelnuts
toasted,
:
finely ground Pinch Salt 2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Egg Beaters. 99% Egg Substitute or equiv to 1 egg
1 1/3 C Nonfat Milk :
or buttermilk
1/4 C Applesauce
1 lg Granny Smith Apple -- peel, dice
1/2 tsp Vanilla
NOTE: Recipe adjusted from the original to lower the fat content. Original recipe called for 1/3 C hazelnuts - I used 1/4 C. It also calls for 2 T butter, melted (optional), I chose to omit it or in the future to use Wonderslim instead of the butter.
NOTE: To toast hazelnutes - bake on sheetpan till golden brown and hull starts to break off. Rub hull to remove. Grind to nice fine meal.
In bowl put flour, hazelnuts, baking powder, baking soda, applesauce, egg beaters, nonfat milk, and vanilla. Stir till it comes together.
Add apple or any fruit you prefer.
Can make any size you want. When top bubbles flip them over.
Makes about 1 dozen.
These are really wonderful!!

How to make Pancakes | Fluffy Pancake Recipe
To make pancakes, you will need the following ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Here is a step-by-step guide to making pancakes:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the well in the dry ingredients, and whisk the batter until it is smooth.
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease the surface with cooking spray or oil.
Ladle the batter onto the skillet, using about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook the pancakes until bubbles form on the surface and the edges are cooked, about 2-3 minutes.
Flip the pancakes and cook until the other side is golden brown, about 1-2 minutes more.
Serve the pancakes warm, topped with butter and syrup, or your favorite toppings. Enjoy!

Breakfast that tastes like dessert. These are my healthier 4 Ingredient fudgy overnight oats. Jan 3,2021 is the one year mark since I posted these overnight oats that went viral on my social media pages. In 365 days I gained over 270,000 new friends on Instagram and 850,000 on TikTok and I couldn’t be more grateful for you all. Thank you for being here and being the bestest friend a girl could ask for. This recipe makes one portion and you will need:
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats — I use quick cooking but any rolled oats work
1/2-1 tablespoon maple syrup or any sweetener you like
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
½ cup unsweetened almond milk or any you love
**Please Note: Protein powder is optional but you will probably need a touch more milk. I added shaved dark chocolate on top for presentation but you can also add some cacao nibs as well. Feel free to improvise and make it to taste. Minimum of 3 hours in the fridge or even overnight and it will last for 3-5 days so you can definitely prep ahead. i don’t like to count calories as different brands hold different values but mine were 250 calories total. You can eat them cold which is what I do or heat them up but you might need a touch more milk if you do.
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar or even a bowl if you don’t have a mason jar.
Give it a really good stir and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours or until it’s nice and pudding- like.
Feel free to prep ahead and enjoy.
