BATTER:
2 c Flour, all-purpose
1/4 c Sugar, granulated
1 tb Baking powder
1 ts Apple pie spice
1 c Milk, skim
1 sm Apple, Delicious, Golden
- cored, pared, shredded 1/4 c Margarine
- melted 1 Eggs
CRUMB TOPPING:
1/4 c Flour, all-purpose
7 ts Sugar, granulated
2 tb Margarine
- melted 1/8 ts Cinnamon, ground
Batter - preheat oven to 400F. Line 12 muffins cups with paper baking cups. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and apple pie spice. Combine milk, apple, margarine and egg; pour into dry mix. Stir until combined - do not overmix. Fill each cup about 2/3 full. Topping & Baking - Combine topping ingredients, stir until thoroughly combined; sprinkle equal amount of topping over each muffin, bake for 15 to 20 minutes - or unitl toothpick comes out dry. Remove to wire rack and

You need these easy apple cinnamon muffins in your life! Ella and I absolutely love muffins so we wanted to come up with a new recipe featuring some of our favorite fall flavors. That’s why we decided to make these apple cinnamon muffins! We are so glad we did because they are incredibly moist and delicious.
Also, these muffins make the perfect breakfast, snack, and dessert. Additionally, in the rare chance there are any left, you can freeze them to enjoy later. We hope these muffins become your new favorite fall treat!

EASY Apple Cider Doughnut Muffins???????????? WW Friendly Recipe/ Weight Watchers FALL BAKING!????????These easy Fall inspired cider doughnut muffins taste like an apple cider doughnut but in a muffin form!

Ingredients:
2 cups All-purpose flour
2 1⁄2 tsp Apple pie spice, divided, 1 1/2 tsp for muffins, 1 for topping
(Video I show making it
1 tsp Baking powder
1⁄2 tsp Baking soda
1⁄2 tsp Table salt
1⁄3 cup Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, classic
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 cup Unsweetened applesauce
1⁄2 cup Apple cider
2 large Eggs
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, apple pie spice, and salt. In a large bowl, whisk together the apple sauce, apple cider, sweetener, coconut oil, vanilla and lightly beaten eggs. Mix until well combined. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and fold in just until combined. In a lined muffin tin, fill 12 cups. Mix sugar and remaining apple pie spice together. Sprinkle on tops of muffins. Bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes. Let them cool for about 5 minutes then remove from muffin tin to cool on a wire rack.
