How To make Apple Coffee Cake Or Cinnamon Monkey Bread:
1/2 c Water; to 3/4 C.
1 1/2 Eggs; beaten
3 tb Butte; OR /Margarine
3 tb Sugar
pn Salt 1 tb Xanthan gum
1 c Gluten Free Mix
1 c White rice flour
2 ts Quick rise yeast
FOR THE CINNAMON MONKEY brEA:
1/2 c Butter; melted
1 c Sugar,
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon,
1 c Finely cHopped nuts; &
1/2 c Raisins; or craisins).
Upon completeion of dough cycle, divide dough into small balls (just smaller than an egg) and dip into 1/2 C melted butter and then in the sugar mixture (1 C
sugar, 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 C finely copped nuts & 1/2 cup raisins or craisins).
Place in a greased tube or loaf pan, cover with a towel a& let rise (draft free) for 30 to 40 mins. Bake in pre-heated 375 deg. oven for 45 mins.

How to make Mini Monkey Breads with Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
Steps:
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 8 regular-size muffin cups with shortening or cooking spray. Set icing aside.
2.Separate dough into 8 rolls. Cut each roll into 6 pieces; place 6 pieces in each muffin cup.
3.Bake 10 minutes; cool in pan 2 minutes. Transfer to serving tray.
4.Meanwhile, transfer icing to small microwavable measuring cup. Microwave uncovered on High 6 to 8 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over monkey breads.
this is a Quick and easy way to make Mini Monkey Breads at home and the result is Delicious too! :)

Seriously the best monkey bread recipe ever with pillowy soft balls of dough that are buttered, rolled in sugar and spice then soaked in gooey, sticky caramel sauce.

Ingredients:
Dough
4 oz whole milk {but please no less than 2%}
2 tb + 2 ts unsalted butter
1¼ ts yeast
1 room temperature egg
2¼ c unbleached flour
½ ts fine salt
¼ c sugar
Spice Mixture
⅓ c sugar
1½ tb freshly ground cinnamon
¼ ts freshly ground cloves
¼ c melted butter
Caramel Sauce
1 stick unsalted butter
1 c brown sugar
¼ c heavy cream
Heavy pinch of fine salt
Instructions
Gently melt the butter in the milk. Make sure it's no more than 110-120*.
Dissolve the yeast into the milk mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine the egg, flour, salt, and sugar with the yeast/milk mixture.
Work and knead this dough until it is smooth and soft, comes together and is no longer tacky on the surface. Cover with plastic and set aside to rest in an undisturbed place until doubled in size.
Meanwhile, work on the spice and sauce. Simply stir the sugar, cinnamon and cloves {not the butter} in a bowl and set aside. For the sauce, place the butter, sugar, cream, and salt into a pot, melt, then set aside. It doesn't need to bubble or reach a certain temperature.
When the dough has risen, flatten it out and begin cutting out chunks to roll into balls.
Dunk each ball into the melted butter and roll into the spice mixture.
To assemble, using a bundt pan, layer beginning with just a bit of sauce on the bottom followed by a bit of the dough balls, followed by more sauce. Repeat. {Also reference video}.
Cover the pan and allow to rest for another 30-45 minutes.
Bake at 400* for 14-17 minutes.

Hungarian Coffee Cake | AranyGaluska | Better than Babka! The Original Monkey Bread
The Original Monkey Bread, Golden Dumplings were served at the US Whitehouse every Christmas by President Reagan. Hungarian Coffee Cake, called Aranygalushka or Aranygaluska, was brought from Hungary to America in the 1940's, and first published in McCalls 1972 magazine where Nancy Reagan discovered them and became addicted.
Many versions of modern monkey bread are based on this technique, but nothing beats the original. It's a little more work (not much), but SO worth it. In Hungary it was usually served with warm vanilla pudding poured over it (which is outrageously good) but in America it was just served with coffee or tea. The only problem with this recipe is it disappears 10 times faster than the time it takes to make it! The taste really tells this tale and nobody you feed this to will ever forget it!
Ingredients:
Dough:
248g (1C) Lukewarm Scalded Whole Milk
105g (.25C) Granulated Sugar
6g (1 tsp) salt
105g (.25C) Vegetable Shortening
18g (2.25tsp) Rapid Rise Yeast
100g (2) Eggs
450g (about 3 1/2 C) Unbleached Bread Flour
Mix & Autolyse 10 min
Knead 15 min. & Bulk Rise till double ~1/2 hr
Punch & rest :15
Make 40g balls
Roll balls in butter & dry streusel
Rise 20~40 min to top of pan
Streusel:
113g (8T) Melted Butter
150g (3/4C) White Sugar
57g (1/2C) Finely Chopped Toasted Walnuts
3g (1tsp) Ground Cinnamon
80g (1/2C) Soaked Raisins
Bake 35-40 @ 375℉.
Invert & Depan immediately while hot.
