How To make Cinnamon Flop Coffee Cake
1 c Brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 c Butter or margaine
2 c Sifted all-purpose flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Shortening
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Milk
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly and well mixed. Set aside. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Cream shortening in mixer bowl. Gradually beat in sugar. Add egg an vanilla; beat well. Stir in flour mixture by hand alternately with milk, starting and ending with flour mixture. Pour into greased 8" square pan. Sprinkle with brown mixture. Incredibly delicious apple cinnamon cake recipe without mixer!
Hi everyone ???? Welcome to my channel ????
Hope you are having a great time. Do you like to see how to cook a super easy but amazingly delicious apple cinnamon cake?! ???? Today, I am going to show it to you ????
Ingredients
1- Apple: 4-5 small sized
2- Cinnamon: 1 tbsp (10 gr)
3- Sugar powder: 1 tbsp (12 gr)
4- Egg: 3
5- Vanilla powder: 1/2 tsp
6- Milk: 1 cup (200 ml)
7- Cooking oil: 1/2 cup (100 ml)
8- Sugar: 2/3 cup (120 gr)
9- Flour: 2 cups (240 gr)
10- Baking powder: 2 tsp (15 gr)
11- Butter: 20 gr
Preparation
1- Melt the butter and roast the apples, cinnamon and sugar powder for 5 to 7 minutes over medium low heat.
2- Mix the eggs and vanilla powder in a bowl and stir for 5 minutes. Add the sugar and stir for another 5 minutes, then add the milk and cooking oil and stir constantly until completely disolved.
3- Mix the flour and baking powder and sift in the flour mixture. Stir and scrape from the bottom of the bowl to make sure you don't miss any pockets of flour.
4- Stir the mixture until completely mixed. Continue folding just until all of the flour has incorporated and you no longer see streaks of flour.
5- Grease a 20 cm dia springform pan with cooking oil. Pour the cake batter and gently smooth out the top. Then scatter the chopped and seasoned apples evenly over the top.
6- Transfer the mold to the oven right away and bake at 190°C (374 degrees fahrenheit) for 40 to 45 minutes.(make sure to preheat the oven for 15 minutes to reach the right temperature).
7- Let the cake sits in the pan for about 20 minutes then take a thin-adged spatula or knife and just run it around the sides to loosen it up from the pan.

how to bake our top secret coffee cake

Equipment needed:
Stand or hand mixer
Bundt pan
For the cake:
2 sticks of butter (1 cup)
2 cups of sugar
2 large eggs (beaten)
2 cups of flour (scoop and level!)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt (the recipe uses table salt, but I’m sure kosher is fine)
2 cups of sour cream
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
For the cinnamon streusel:
3/4 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3 cups chopped pecans (or however many you prefer- or none at all if you have a nut allergy)
Steps:
Cream the butter
Add sugar and cream with butter until smooth
Add beaten eggs to the mixture- mix on low to combine
Pulse in flour until just combined
Add in baking soda, baking powder, and salt
Add sour cream and mix until well combined, scrape down the bowl to ensure there are no lumps
Add vanilla extract
Bake at 350 F for 1 hour
Preparing the pan:
first layer- cinnamon sugar mixture. put a generous dusting in the bottom of the pan.
next- fill bundt pan to the halfway point with batter.

last layer of batter (should use up remaining batter)

Apple Coffee Cake is the best breakfast or brunch recipe for fall – an Apple Cinnamon Cake with crumb streusel on top! This easy crumb coffee cake recipe is SO good.

INGREDIENTS
APPLES:
1 tablespoon Challenge Unsalted Butter (14g)
2 Granny Smith Apples (200g when cut, about 2 cups)
2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
CAKE:
¼ cup Challenge Unsalted Butter (57g), melted
¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
1 large egg
½ cup (119ml) milk
1 ½ cups (186g) all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
STREUSEL:
¼ cup Challenge Unsalted Butter (57g), melted
1 cup (200g) packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons (16g) all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9- or 10-inch round cake pan or 10-inch round pie plate, or 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Peel, core, and slice apples into bite sized pieces.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, until the apple just starts to turn opaque, but is still white. Remove from heat to cool.
Whisk flower, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Stir ¼ cup melted butter with granulated sugar and egg in a large bowl. Stir in milk. Stir dry ingredients into wet and stir until just combined. Pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkled cooled apples evenly over the top of the cake batter.
Make the crumb topping: stir together brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to a month.
